We usually get good food from this location. This crunch wrap was busted open and had barely anything in it. It also had black dust on it from them not cleaning their toaster and was missing the nacho sauce out of the middle. For an $8 combo I expect better!!

I placed a mobile order & went up to the counter when the app said order ready. I waited inside for over 20 minutes & checked in twice with the cashier, who told me “your order will be out soon”. Eventually one of the cooks came up to the register to notify me that my order wasn’t received by the kitchen & they had no way of looking it up. How do we go from “your order will be ready soon” to “we never received your order back here” The customer service was very unprofessional to say the least. Each employee spent more time avoiding the issue at hand instead of placing energy into correcting the situation. I requested a refund to only be told that they didn’t have a way to refund mobile orders. Please do yourself a favor & avoid this location if at all possible

I 100% understand being under staffed, but there was a man who was there before we were even ordered, and we got our food before he was helped. We went there a week ago and I am still angry of the lack of service he received. Sorry not sorry I will post the video of this location because the way the manager acted I was angry at her response. That man waited over 20 minutes… I’ve been a manager of a fast food and even with just 2 people the place can run at a decent pace. I witness people walk out, 8 cars back out the drive thru, and the associates don’t talk, they made orders twice, not a peep in the kitchen… until that man complained and the manager made her voice head instead of understanding him. Glad I won’t be back to this location ever!

I love Taco Bell and love their food more than any other Mexican restaurant. but their prices are a bit high and their drive-thru line is annoyingly hard to get out of once you get in line there is no getting out of line untell you have gone all the way through even in cases of emergency you are stuck because of the way it was structured.

I stopped midway through my trip to have lunch. I needed to get out of the driver’s seat for a while. As I entered the lobby I noticed that they had 2 automated kiosks That you could import your order. However they only used cards and I had cash. The register wasn’t ATTended so I had to waitFor the drive-through attendant to notice me and ring my order up. She was very nice. The place was very busy with Call in orders and drive-through. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes until I noticed that people that had come in after me were already getting their food. But still I didn’t say anything I knew they were very busy. Then the drive-through lady that had waited on me noticed that I was still standing there. She went to see what was going on on the monitors. She found my order and saw that I hadn’t been Served yet. She mentioned to the manager what had happened. The manager took care of me personally and delivered my food within a minute. When I sat down at the table I took out the 1st taco, I love their hardshell plain tacos. It appeared they tried to make it up to me. The meat was hot and fresh, the shell crispy, The lettuce fresh And an abundance of cheddar cheese. It also seemed to me that they used to larger taco shell. It was delicious. By far the best tacos I’d had at Taco Bell to date. I wasn’t upset At The wait time. They were clearly very busy and accidents happen. They more than made it up to me.

Don’t order off the app. If the store doesn’t have it they will take your money and want give you your order. The GM will not contact you about any problem that you have with order. The constomer service is terrible. Stay away from this restaurant.

I’m not sure about the atmosphere bc I was in the drive-thru, but this time the service was great, even my order was correct, can’t give a total of five stars on everything yet bc seems like every time I go something’s wrong or left out! Other than that, the food was delicious, and from what I can see from the window, it’s kept clean inside- and that’s a mighty big factor in the star rating as well!

I went into the diner to grab something to eat, and I was ignored. I sit there for about 10 minutes. There was nobody in line or waitingjust me so I finally just walked out.. So I guess this is the way things are going now if you don’t go through the drive-through, then you just ignored because you know it’s like what is walking. Ordered Cheese Quesadilla with beans and xtra jalapeno sauce, Was made with chicken. At 10.40 pm only drive thru open with 8 to 9 cars in line. No one cares if you are at the door so have to walk to the drive thru window and got it remade again same thing was remade with chicken once again remade this time with bacon and rice was mixed with beans. Finally gave up and trashed it.
