The “dipping burritos” are literally the size of my thumb. This meal cost $13 and I only got the appropriate amount of fries because I dared to ask. Chick-fil-A is seriously the only fast food restaurant left worth going to. I appreciated this reminder of why I don’t eat at Taco Bell.
We immediately stopped eating the entire pack—we were left with seven uneaten tacos.
When I called the store, the manager’s response was unbelievable. I explained the disgusting situation, and she said she could only refund the seven tacos we didn’t eat.
Are you kidding me? A health hazard like this taints the entire order! The fact that I had to start eating the food to discover the hair should not be my fault. Her refusal to issue a full refund shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety and basic common sense
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unresolved order issue and the customer service I received at your Taco Bell location.
I originally ordered two chicken quesadillas with extra chicken and was charged accordingly. When I arrived home, I realized that neither quesadilla included the extra chicken that I paid for. I immediately called the store and spoke directly with the general manager, Christian, who confirmed the mistake and assured me that both quesadillas would be remade correctly. I was told to simply return to the location, give my name, and the staff would know how to redo my order.
When I returned to the store today, I spoke with Maria, the shift manager. Despite explaining the situation and referencing the general manager’s confirmation, Maria stated that she would only remake one quesadilla with extra chicken. She claimed she had received a text from the general manager instructing her to honor only one item. As a result, the original agreement made by the general manager was not honored.
This experience was extremely disappointing, especially as this was my first visit to this Taco Bell location. The inconsistency in communication, refusal to fully correct a confirmed mistake, and the failure of management to keep their word reflects very poorly on customer service standards.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I believe customers should receive what they pay for, and when an error is acknowledged by management, it should be corrected fully and professionally.
Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
Something in that store bad. I will follow up. Stay away.
