Well, ordered in drive-thru. Everything on the screen was correct. Lady was really nice. Got our food pretty quick- got 15 minutes down the road and I realized that they put fiesta strips on my grilled cheese steak burrito(that was ordered with NO fiesta strips) That burrito is not cheap. Half of the burrito was filled with fiesta strips ♀️ Anyway, I wasn’t turning around and driving back 15 minutes for them to make another one, but it is irritating. Maybe they’ll see this review and pay better attention next time ♀️ As much as I’d like to be reimbursed, I don’t see it happening

Number one the food was fantastic and it was ready very quickly. Number two while I was there my wallet got stolen, Lance the GM helped track it on the Cameras and helped assist me in anyway possible. While I waited on the police Bri and Yanah were very polite and checked in on me multiple times and there service was top notch. Not only did they assist me with getting my wallet back but they also showed great service as well. I want to say thank you to the people above mentioned and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Don’t ask for anything extra because they wont give it to you. Extra steak equals extra rice. Less sour cream equals extra sour cream. The worst part the less the price of the food the more tortilla folded over to make it look full. Go to the other end of town it’s much better and thats sad because this is a newer place. DONT GO HERE!

May be a new building but service is the same…. ordered the cravings box with no tomatoes, mild sauce. What did I get… tomatoes on the chulopa, no mild sauce, and no chips for my cheese dip…. Get it together people, it’s not rocket science.

My finances nuggets were burnt and far from fresh, my tacos had loads of lettuce with a tiny pinch of meat, the kid at the window was more concerned with seeming flirtatious then doing his job, and I had to wait a total of 13 minutes even after I placed a mobile order at home and drove to pick it up. I don’t usually bash fast food restaurants for the fact that I have worked in the industry before and it can be stressful but there’s a point when your stressed and a point where you’re just not doing your job…. I feel as though the nightshift at this location chooses the ladder.

The people here are usually very nice. I’ve been through here a lot and they are pretty good about getting our order ready. The place used to be clean but idk what’s going on but it was nasty in there last time I went. Everything was sticky and streaked, food all under the table. Looks like they never clean under the booths. It stunk too. They really need to step it up or they are going to get roaches and other critters. Last time I’ll be eating here for a while. Hopefully they will clean it up.
