I go here because it’s close, I typically don’t complain but this is the second time this has happened. First time I was missing my fries, called no one answered. Now I ordered two chicken chalupa supremes I got two steak with nothing on it but cheese and tomatoes. The fries were cold. The soft taco supreme with potatoes was a regular beef hard shell taco. Taco Bell is too expensive to be wrong

Just pathetic. Where is the lettuce? Not all had cheese. All soft and hard tacos were like this. The soft tacos had so little in them they folded up smaller than grocery store taquitos. 12 soft tacos (basically taquitos) and 8 hard tacos. We spent $42 on this pathetic meal! A moody drive thru person and long wait rounded out the experience.

Worst possible excuse for a restaurant of any kind on the face of the planet. Arrived 12/29 @ 12:10, 1 person seated and eating, 2 more seated and talking (no food). 2 employees at front when I approached the counter to place an order, they walked off. After standing there with a $20 bill in hand for approx 5 minutes, the “manager” says to me, “someone will be with you shortly”. Someone finally walks over from the drive thru window (only 2 cars have gone through in this timeframe), takes my order and payment. Ordered a Mex pizza & (2) taco supreme combo. 20 minutes go by, someone calls my name and basically throws a bag of food on the counter…..I look into the bag and see my pizza with only ONE taco supreme. I wait for anyone to arrive at the front counter, as around 5 folks are in line to place orders now, waiting for anyone to acknowledge them. The girl that took my order shows up again and asks me what’s wrong, I show her, she’s confused, so I explain how the combo is set up and what should be in it, so she yells out that she needs another taco supreme and starts taking other orders.
I sit and eat, I approach the counter again about my taco supreme and am told that since I’ve already eaten my food, they don’t know if I’m telling them the truth……whatever, I just left, one taco shy of a meal, but I will never spend another penny at that location. Worst excuse for management I’ve ever seen. A 6 year old could run things with more efficiency than this.

i keep coming back to this place and i have absolutely no idea why. every time i go through, either the employees are fighting, my order is wrong, or i just straight up didn’t get half of it. this time…i’m laughing. it’s so bad. i ordered pinto beans with cheese (off of the sides menu that is ALWAYS THE SAME), and i was given refried beans with sauce on top to make them look like pintos. y’all are so inconsiderate and poorly trained. i think i’ve had enough taco hell.

I ordered a 10 piece and a 5 piece nugget and I got the bottom of the fryer scraps. I gladly would have waited for some fresh ones….

Was DoorDashing and didn’t receive a drink for an order. I politely said “excuse me” as one of the workers walked away and pretended not to hear me. I decided to leave because I figured they sometimes put the drink in the bag, and I didn’t have the patience to deal with rude service. Unfortunately. No drink was in the bag. And I implore y’all to do that if you’re going to blatantly ignore people at the front desk.

Danielle the manager is rude as hell and refused to help when I told her EVERY TIME we go through there our food is messed up. I will be calling corporate. My rolled tacos were BURNT and my cinnamon crisps were literally broken tiny pieces and tasted like chemicals.

And yet.. another one bites the dust. Do NOT go to this establishment UNLESS you want to wait an hour and 30 minutes for your food. I placed my order on the Taco Bell app @ 7:26pm and finalized the order at 7:28pm when I received the confirmation email. Now when you place your order on an app you expect your food to be ready to pick up when you arrive, correct? Absolutely wrong for this place. My husband left just after 7:30 to get me gas and to pick up our food. He arrived at Taco Bell @ 8:01pm (confirmed via Life360). He then proceed to place a separate order for my mother. He received my mother’s food 15 minutes later, and the drinks for our order that we placed on the app. Still our food had not been prepped or made. When my husband asks about our order, he is told..”we’re short staffed.” Just before 8:40 my husband hears amongst the five people in the back of the kitchen laughing and having a grand ol time, say that they just started prepping our order. Why give the option to place an order on an app or a website if it isn’t going to be ready when you get there?

As you can see in the pictures provided, our confirmation email came through at 7:28pm and the order was not ready until 8:46pm.

Absolutely ridiculous. And when asking for a refund, he was told that they could not issue a refund unless the General Manager was on duty, which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Any manager on staff can issue a refund at any given time, whether the general manager is there or not. I have extensive background in working for fast food (not currently, but past) and this has never been an issue for any manager to do.

I will be speaking to the general manager first thing in the morning.

I’ve only been once but the food was the best of any taco bell I’ve ever been to. They were out of mild sauce and Baja blast though.
