Its weird how the restaurant is almost entirely ran by kiosks. There are four kiosks and no cashier station. I prefer going into the restaurant and speaking to a physical person, but that’s just me. The only people who work there work in the back making food. Besides the kiosk nonsense, the person who handed me my food seemed nice, they got my order completely right on the first attempt, and the food wasn’t bad. Pretty typical Taco Bell experience. Recommend this location but better on-the-go rather than a dine-in visit.

Unbelievable that this location thinks it’s acceptable to serve chicken nuggets like this. These nuggets were served hard as a rock and inedible. Our entire order was wrong and we were missing items. Shame on the employees at this Taco Bell!

Female employee sitting in bathroom for over 12 minutes not letting customers use restroom when she came out there was not any toilet paper can to get napkins and walk back to bathroom also 2 female customers waiting for her to come out and other bathroom was propped open with cone this was at 3:47 pm on Monday

This is the first restaurant I have seen lately that had a sanitation score of !!! I worked fast food when I was young and I know that the job that these folks do is not easy and somehow there should be recognition and maybe even an award just for making sure you have a clean and sanitary environment that you are distributing food out of! I have traveled from Virginia to South Carolina and back in the last week and none of the other restaurants I visited had a sanitation grade of 100! I don’t care if once in awhile an order gets messed up or the wrong food gets handed out to the wrong person, as human error and mistakes do happen… but SANITATION is very important and should be commended!!! BRAVO…. If I had the money of those who are rich, I would make sure that each employee at this establishment received some type of award! Perhaps that’s what this world needs… A friendly competition that would give employees in food establishments a reason to improve and to take pride in what they do. I do not think that people in this field get enough recognition for the job that is expected of them, because without them… without all those people who are willing to go flip a hamburger or throw together a taco, or a , all of us doing the other jobs… whether it be office work, selling a car, working on a car…or anything else at all that keeps this country moving (thank you Jesus for those folks)… Or even the moms on their way to the ballgame or cheerleading practice…. We would not have someone to flip that hamburger or throw together that taco so that we can grab a bite to eat while we RUN THE RACE!!! GREAT JOB TACO BELL ON ANDY GRIFFITH PARKWAY!!! ✝️

Dont go inside to order. They forget your there and hand out your food to other people. If your not a drive though customer you might as well be a doormat. If you have to eat here and wanna eat inside go though the drive thu get your food then go inside. Only way yo make sure its half way right and doesn’t take 20 minutes to get it out to you.
As long as the women are working ypu have no problem. This is the 4th time being men in there working and the food is screwed up. I orderd the box that’s off there menu nothing special. Yet every thing in the damn box was wrong. Didn’t even get the correct size drink. Just ridiculous. More worried about beating each other off than taking care of a customer!!

Do not go to the new Taco Bell the food always tastes old or like it’s been soaking in old deep fryer oil all day. Literally the last 3 times we’ve ordered nachos or cinnamon twists they taste so old and stale. They’re so nasty that one bite and you’ll spit it right back out. After the 3rd time I call the store and tell them and all he could say was I’m so sorry about that and we can’t give you anymore bc we’re out of them. Did not even offer to make it right in anyway whatsoever. The one on 601 is definitely better than the new store.

Mobile order completely messed up, restaurant workers seem overworked and understaffed, order was missing items completely, nothing custom, plain order items, overall not impressed. Would advise anyone wanting Taco Bell to go to either the other Mount Airy location or Hillsville Va if headed north. Give this one a miss, your stomach and your wallet will thank you.
