Disgusting and incompetent fast food restaurant. The employees text on their phones with the same gloved hands they handle the food with and will drop food on the floor and pick it up and use it. This place is gross! They will get your order wrong every time and if you think placing a to-go online order will save time forget it because they won’t start on it until you arrive to pick it up…. This place is a disaster!!!!

Lady was friendly enough but damn they cant even get a drive threw order right. Do these look even remotely the same. After driving 20 mins home to find out I didnt even get what I ordered. And to think they want 15 to 25 an hour pathetic. An im management from the store on up could care less.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have! We walked in and nobody was at the front counter. There were a few workers making food (who looked absolutely miserable by the way) but nobody even greeted us. We placed our order on the self service ordering system at 6:21 pm. 15 minutes goes by and still nothing. Nobody even handed us our drink cups. A few more minutes go by and I go up to the counter where one guy was standing and he didn’t even acknowledge me. One younger guy (the only professional one there) asked me did I need my drink cups. I told him no I’d just like my money back. Then two guys start going back and forth about how the order never transferred and wasted another 5 minutes of my time. I finally receive my refund with “there ya go” and NO APOLOGY. VERY SORRY SERVICE!

Today, i get that it is New Years Eve. But it’s 12:30. Not time for you to leave. Timed or not, what a customer orders should be what they get. If they check to make sure, your job is to ask politely if things are correct, not point at some clock because you’re timed. That’s your management’s fault, not the customer. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service at this location. We’ll just go to Clemmons if we want to indulge in Taco Bell, which is already few and far between.

Service was fine for a Taco Bell but then we got our bag and the fries were literally dumped in the bag. There’s 0 chance that the fries flipped over in the bag between the woman in the window handing me the bag and me looking down. So all I ask is that Taco Bell takes care to train their employees carefully and weed out the employees who take their nightly aggression out on people just trying to grab a quick bite after a long day at the office. Morning shift is by far better trained and more hospitable but Night shift has me rethinking coming back at all. I would not recommend going to Taco Bell Advance, it’s simply not worth the headache or the money.

Today I spent $6 on a cantina chicken burrito and literally basically was eating a tortilla. I had about 3 bites of chicken in it. They also forgot the sauce that goes with it. This is one of many bad experiences with the food there. It’s specifically this location, because I never have this issue with other Taco Bells.

Great location on Hwy 801 north between east and westbound I-40 and east and westbound US 158, but the only entrances are on northbound Hwy 801 and westbound US 158 which makes access a little hard to figure out if you are just passing through and getting off I-40 to eat there. Food is freshly made, hot and service is fast and friendly.

The taco bell “experience” if you will, is just what one would expect. They’re decently quick with it all, however on this day, I had literally craved taco bell for over two plus weeks! When I did go through the drive through, they were definitely not too happy to be and/or work there at all and the food was only mediocre and room temperature at best. What do ya expect for a couple of 2, 3 dollar burritos though, right!?

Ugh …. It was a HORRIBLE visit !!!! Ok so 1 they were out of sour cream when we ordered our soft tacos which I so bad because taco Bell is know for sour cream like how can’t they have it!!! Then we ordered some stuff and they were SOOOO SLOW !!! but the thing that stood out the most was when we ordered the chicken quesadillas there was barely any chicken on it and barely any cheese!!! And then they got the order wrong AGAIN and gave us only 11 soft tacos when there was supposed to be 12!!! it was the WORST visit of my WHOLE LIFE!!!!! Seriously if I could give it 0 stars I TOTALLY would!! I am NOT happy
