Nice taco bell a little expensive I’ve never paid $1.30 for a side of beef before but at least it’s the right size unlike NY. Food was good and it should be. So glad my 4 doritos tacos were all intact and not crushed. Every state I’ve been too they were crushed. The grilled burrito was a mess and spilling out of the shell but tasted good and they didn’t forget to add the side I ordered. I didn’t want my pizza cut but i was late telling her so i said she could leave it cut she was willing to remake it unlike other taco bells. Staff was friendly and this was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my food out of any taco bell. Definitely happy and would recommend

I didn’t end up getting any food. They won’t take your order over the counter and insisted that I had to order online. I was already there and they refused to take my order. They insisted I had to download the app to order.

Absolutely terrible! We had to go inside to order our food. You have to order yourself on a kiosk. They were training a new employee & he was stoned out of his mind. We ordered 2 combo meals with drinks. It took them literally 55 minutes. They forgot our drinks. Our quesadillas weren’t cut and one had 6 pieces of chicken and it was all scraped to one end. It was a complete waste of money & time. I was miserable. They cared more about the drive thru people than all 12 people waiting on the lobby. Also, they don’t have any Dr pepper like all of the other taco bell restaurants do.

Walk in there to get a food .and manager said I threaten an employee and told me not to ever come back .1st of all the employee was stocking my daughter on social media and I confronted him .I dnt threat him .and manager threw me out .I will never be back .and I hope no one else eats there there food is disgusting too .and atmosphere is dirty .

Traveling and stopped in for some Tacos. As I am waiting on my order I witnessed 2 different people making amazing decisions for your company. One girl states “ I didn’t realize this order said no lettuce and I put lettuce on it… I’ll remake it” most people would not care. Keep in mind this was a drive thru order (not mine) The young man making our (kinda large order) went above and beyond. They were out of the boxes and individually bagged each “box”. Very kind and had manners of a true leader. I can see these two going places! Great places. Taco Bell Summerville WV you have 2 GREAT employees!!
