Worst Taco Bell in Morgantown. They are lazy and never put sauce in your bag that you ask for. They barely cut the quesadillas. The attitude of everyone that takes my order every time I have been there is negative. Wished it was better because this is the closest location to my house, but unfortunately every time they are not good.

They can never get your order right! Always check your bag and most have a really bad attitude. Now my husband has nothing to eat for dinner because they gave him the wrong order. This isnt the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th time, its the 5th time they have either made the order wrong, didnt give us all our food, or just give ya someone else’s. I wouldn’t waste your money or time.

They put sauce and sour cream on my quesarito, even though I specified not to and it even says it on the bag. They also did not include our cinnamon twists—also listed on the bag on the order sheet. Thanks for taking our money!

Every time I go here, the service is exceptional. I’ve been going here the last couple months And I feel like I get the Chick-fil-A experience here. Everybody is so kind and they go out of their way to make sure that they get my super specific order always right. You can’t beat that kind of service.

Was forced to use kiosk in the walk-in, so walked out if you can’t take my order by me telling you what I want and not using the kiosk, I will not be purchasing purchasing anything from there! Time was 1130. Nobody in the driveway. Why do you continue to let this happen? Lazy employees

The Taco Bell at Peirpont Exit, In Morgantown, WV used to be good but now the Employees aren’t doing their jobs right. Stop & walked inside to order a big beef burrito supreme told them to hold the onions and the beans, also asked for sour cream on it said it came with it. And of course get home it wasn’t what I ordered. And they are so expensive anymore. Back in the day you could get a 12 pack of tacos for 12 bucks. Now I paid 32 bucks that’s just insane! Called to complain 1st time they hung up on me. 2nd x I called was on hold for 40 minutes. Very disappointed..

I sat there for 25 minutes after my pickup order was estimated to be ready. I placed it 8 minutes before showing up. I watched multiple orders go ahead of me, including a pickup order that walked in about 20 minutes after me.
One girl was very apologetic and offered me a free side item, but I didn’t want to sit there even longer. They also forgot my sauce that I paid .20 cents extra for. It was a really frustrating experience after a 3 hour drive to Morgantown.
I have rarely been to this location and probably never will visit again after waiting 30 minutes for fast food from a Taco Bell Express.
