I’ve visited Panda Express on two separate occasions recently. It’s becoming a reliable go-to for a quick, satisfying meal. The first time, I tried the classic Orange Chicken. It was crispy, sweet, and full of flavor definitely lived up to the hype. But on my second visit, I decided to switch it up and try the Beijing Beef and that’s now my favorite!
The Beijing Beef has just the right amount of spice, and the combo of tender beef with the broccoli cooked perfectly. I also really appreciated the rice both times. It tasted fresh and didn’t feel heavy or greasy. It’s a nice balance that doesn’t weigh you down.
Service was fast and everything was packed neatly for takeout. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been a Panda Express customer for 8–9 years, and unfortunately this Miramar Parkway location has always been uncomfortable, but what happened tonight crossed a line.
Every time food is being served, a manager literally stands right behind the employee watching and counting portions, which makes the situation very uncomfortable. This happens especially when ordering higher-priced items like Pepper Steak, where I’m often given mostly large broccoli stems instead of meat. Even so, I had never filed a formal complaint.
Tonight, the service was completely unacceptable. The cashier, Reda, was rude to one of my friends, spoke to him with a terrible attitude, and even raised her voice for no reason. When I asked for soy sauce and chili sauce, she responded in the same hostile manner.
After paying, I attempted to place a second order (an additional side of meat and some appetizers). Instead of simply charging me, Reda began arguing, scolding another employee in front of us, and repeatedly mentioning “rules and policies” without providing a clear explanation. I even asked her to remove the side of meat and only charge me for the appetizers to avoid any issues, but the situation continued to escalate unnecessarily.
I do want to point out that the only person who has consistently treated me well over the years is Lili. She provides excellent customer service, is respectful, professional, and truly makes a positive difference—something that unfortunately is not reflected in the rest of the team.
I’ve tolerated poor treatment for years simply because I like the food, but this experience was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location, even if it means driving farther.

Wow not sure what is going on lately with this location. Egg rolls are burnt and look at the chow main that I was served. I added the picture and as you can see it was all onions. The teriyaki chicken was also too fatty. Management needs to check in to see what is going on especially since your prices have gone up yet the quality has gone down.

I ordered the plate and paid an extra $1.50 for Angus beef, but the portion size was way too small. It seems like the amount depends on who serves it, but for $13, it really felt like not enough food. Especially at this Miramar location, the portions seem even smaller.

Shoutout to Panda Express for the authentic hands-only dining experience. Ordered food, received food… but utensils? Apparently that’s a premium feature now. I guess I was supposed to channel my inner panda and just paw at the noodles. Unfortunately, I’m in a hotel room, not a jungle. Food looks great, smells great, can’t eat it. Truly a modern culinary mystery.

I literally go out of my way to drive to this Panda Express because the restaurant is always clean and there’s a steady flow of customers, which means the food is hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the new Spicy Orange Chicken entree and the chicken egg roll. However, the chow mein was slightly undercooked and didn’t have enough vegetables for my taste.
I placed my order through the mobile app to skip the line but decided to dine in. My food was ready upon arrival, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a great experience with just a small area for improvement on the chow mein.
