We went in with a $50 gift card and it had a minor chip in it which was not our fault. They refused to type in the numbers which just goes to show their customer service. The ignorance to not do your job is insane considering we use the gift card at another Taco Bell and they were willing to type in the numbers.

I just came and ordered a Mexican pizza combo and well as some other things. Well I bit into my pizza and got a mouth full of plastic. It was not a pleasant experience to say the very least. Ruined a quick easy meal for dinner. I have a picture but for some reason it will not let me post it.

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this specific Taco Bell but this one was definitely the worst. I ordered on the mobile app like I normally do and everything was fine when I went to pick it up. When I got home and unwrapped my grilled cheese burrito I noticed a long dark hair baked into the cheese on top. It went almost the entire length of the burrito. I went back to the restaurant to show them what was wrong with it and when the manager came out for me to talk to the managers fingernails were brown and filthy. How can you expect to keep your staffs hands clean if the manager isn’t properly washing their hands? On top of that they didn’t really seem to care when I showed them the hair that was on my food. They acted like they couldn’t see it even after shining a flashlight on it and then just offered to remake it or refund me. No apology or anything. It is insulting to have a manager so easily shrug off and ignore something blatantly disgusting happening in your restaurant. I can’t imagine how many times I’ve eaten here and had someone’s dirty hands touched my food or have had a hair in it that I couldn’t see. I will never be coming back to this location.

This was probably one of the better Tbells around the area for sure. I’ve tried both of the stuebenvile ones and they’re so bad and then the ones near me are also pretty mid. But this one takes the cake

Arrived at 1145pm into the store, nobody takes my order so I use the self serve to place order and as I’m waiting to pay cash at the counter, a young man comes and informs me I can still order my food but they will be closing the lobby at 12, and I told him I still have to pay and how I could’ve been waited on and been done faster but he just walks away with his hands up in the air. So I told them cancel my order! This Taco Bell hasn’t had a front end register to wait on ppl in WEEKS and they make you use the kiosk, you’re lucky if they come tell you to use the kiosk bc they will let you stand there and wait for a cashier! Not to mention, 9 out of the last 10 times we went there , the soft shells are always hard as in NOT fresh (as if they’re not keeping them warmed properly ) but when we work late , we will just go to Steubenville Taco Bell bc their food and service is way better AND their store is much cleaner!!! Weirton always has 99% of their tables dirty bc nobody cleans the dining room

My quesarito was flat and exploded. I would complain, but I feel bad for the workers. Dear Taco Bell, just put the quesarito on the menu for regular order.
