I had went in drive thru ordered our food, service was decent and timely manner but the food was not the greatest. We usually love taco bell so I was very disappointed. This was just the Mexican pizza I ended up throwing it away. I don’t want to eat something that looks like it had been in the trash already. ♀️ Gross looking for sure! I made a Facebook post and a few friends have had bad experiences recently too. GET IT TOGETHER CHARLES TOWN, WV TACO BELL!!!

Nothing short of a bad experience. This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too and its not close. The part that is frustrating is it was completely avoidable. Came through right after the lunchtime rush and it took over 20 minutes to get through a line with 4-5 cars ahead of me. Their speaker must not have been working, so they had workers taking orders outside. The traffic was spilling into the side road because they were doing this so close to the drive through entrance. The issue was after they took our order, they told us to wait before pulling up, which in my opinion makes absolutely no sense. Why wouldn’t you get everyone through to not hold up the line? It creates a delay and isn’t efficient. I also hate that as a company, when you order online, they don’t start making your food until you tell them your name at drive through. That part is widely frustrating and I don’t understand it, either. Dated exterior, I can only assume this location is headed towards closing

Imagine being so greedy as an owner that you won’t give a customer (who paid for a soda) a cup of ice water. I get not giving it to random people off the street, but treating PAYING customers like that is absolutely disgusting. All so you can get 3 extra bucks because they didn’t know you can’t get water instead of soda so they now have to buy an extra bottle. What a scam.
Staff is great and friendly but clearly constantly overwhelmed because everything takes forever and sometimes the drive threw line is long enough to lead out onto the street. They clearly aren’t paid enough for people to want jobs here, or else the owner is too cheap to actually hire staff and the for hire signage is there so he can promise he’s trying and claim no one wants to work anymore.

I do not understand why the order taker does not allow people to pull forward after taking their order. Instead we get stuck, 5 cars back sitting in the road. It’s really too bad I ordered Drive thru pick up! This is such a weird experience!

Everytime I order from this Taco Bell I get the supreme taco with no sour cream and they always put sour cream in. Like how hard is it to follow a simple direction? On top of that, anytime I order a burrito they burn the tortilla to a point it’s EXTRA crispy almost inedible. The chicken is always EXTRA crispy to a point it’s burnt. Fire the chefs please. I beg yall to fire the cooks and make sure the people who work the window are friendly. One time I had a lady laugh in my face because She forgot something. What’s funny about messing up my order? All I ask is to get my order right, cook the food properly and have some professionalism. They take forever at the window as well.

So the drive through is backed out all the way to the street. Ordered online thinking this would be a easy deal. Dining area closed for renovations. Order shows as being ready 9:22pm. It’s 5:33 currently. Can’t even cancel through the app. Pretty shady business practices. Would avoid this location.

I hate this place with a passion. It’s not “fast food” at all. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME (literally, no exaggerating) the wait time on a SMALL simple order is 20 minutes MINIMUM. I have no idea what they do in there or what takes them so long but something needs to change. Even when ordering through the app, thinking that it’ll be ready by the time I make the 15 minute drive there. I STILL wait…. I’m not sure if it’s management or just the kids that work there, but it’s ridiculous. The quality of the food is poor as well and sloppy 95% of the time.
