Major rip off, most of the burrito I paid like $8 for was rice. All the hard shell tacos were broken apart when we opened them in the parking lot. Also tried to charge me a $1.50 to switch my cinamon twists with my meal for nachos. This has been free at every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. But the worst one needs to try to make money wherever they can I guess.

Taste 9/10 Service 6/10 Disappointed in Managment. Unnecessary rant: Ordered 2 chipotle melts with extra chicken add three cheese blend with no tortilla in a bowl. As we checked our order I noticed we were only given one small cup (the type the beans or potatoes come in – the little round one) with the bottom part pushed up. We told the lady at the window we were missing 1 and the manager popped up saying that both the melts were in the one bowl. Each portion of chicken is 1oz (2oz of chicken each since I ordered extra would be 4oz of chicken alone before sauce and extra toppings) and those are 4oz bowls. Since I order this item frequently and in a vast area across the east coast….I knew this was not 2 stuffed into 1 bowl, so I stood my ground. She informed me she had worked for TB 7 years, but “in good faith” gave me a second bowl, but wouldn’t ever make that exception again. I weighed the bowl when I got to our destination on a digital scale. The bowl which was the one she said did have 2 melts in, was a little over 3.5oz. I was right, they did not put both in the first bowl. Those bowls avg that weight with only 1 melt in them when ordered that way. I weigh my food regularly as I’m a recent WLS patient, and I have this as a meal once or twice a week. I understand working this industry is hard, and I appreciate those who have the gift of being able to work with the public, but don’t be like that. I normally don’t rant about fast food. Their job is hard and under appreciated enough as it is, but if I am going to pay nearly $6 for chicken, cheese and sauce….I want my chicken.

THEY WHERE GREAT ON THE VISIT! 7 DAYS AGO! BUT YESTERDAY THEY SHORT CHANGED ME ON MY BIG CHEESEY BEEFY BURITOS I ORDERED! NONE HAD BEEF ON THEM! THAT WAS A LET DOWN! I CALLED THEM! AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE IT UP! WE WILL SEE! I WILL LET YOU KNOW!!

This was previously a nice Taco Bell. Now they just fill whatever item you order with rice. The service is good. Food is a rip off.

yeah if i could id give it 0 my ordered me the spicy potato tacos and they completely put something else the catilina taco?? idk how u got that but on top of that he asked for only sour cream and it came with everything i literally didnt eat tn cuz its 1031 at night.

I used to like this Taco Bell so I am not sure if management changed or what but staff are not friendly and they never get orders right. Never. I always go thru drive thru so I am on the road before I eat my food so I don’t take time to have order corrected. The one time I did they acted like I was the bad guy because I wanted my Cantina Chicken burrito ($10) and not the bean burrito I was given. Management needs to train them to check order to bag before handing it out window. Drive thru is rarely busy so it is not because they are rushed. Their one good point is that their drinks are good.

Fiancee and I went through the drive thru at the taco Bell in elkview WV we ordered 3 of there $9.00 boxes we pull up pay get our food mind you nothing is in a box everything in one big bag looked as if it was just thrown in there, we pull off and park to make sure everything is there not of any surprise we didn’t get all the items missing cinnamon twist, we go inside to get the order corrected and the staff was rude we got the cinnamon twist and headed home, we haven’t opened anything other than counting how many of what was in the bag we get home pass out our meals and we noticed all our tacos where regular beef tacos we where supposed to get cheddar Dorito tacos in this box as difference in price is nearly 1 dollar between the crunchy beef taco and the Dorito taco so we call the first time answered and instantly hung up on, called a second time and some boy answers the phone and say hello in a rude tone not thank you for calling taco bell how may I help you no then he proceeded to tell me I could make a complaint but it won’t do any good now would he provide his name this is an outrage and I hope is dealt with properly as for my family and myself we will not be go back.

Waited at the drive through lane for 10 mins. I pulled to the drive up window and asked if they can take my order and she said no I would have to drive back to through the drive in lane.

Last night a woman got rude with me for asking questions about the food and my order was made wrong and when I called back and asked to speak to a manager and I was in the middle of telling my story the hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. This is terrible service I will be contacting hr. I hope this review is read by them I recommend anyone who’s been having issues with the night shift staff also report it this is beyond ridiculous if you don’t want to serve hungry customer politely you should work in this type of industry in very dissatisfied when Cory was here running things everything was smooth and it was always a pleasant visit it’s so sad to see how down hill this place is going
