Make sure they put sauce in the bag. Spent $50 at this location and not one sauce packet. Didn’t realize until I got home. Now I have $50 worth of Taco Bell and no sauce. When I told them do better they hung up and then refused to answer back.
Update: “manager” Chris got completely rude raised his voice with me and hung up again. All I needed was for you to make it right and compensate for time and inconvenience. Regardless if sauce packets are free if they were ordered then the order was wrong. I will contact the GM and never go to this location.

Food is okay if you ever get it! I can’t tell you how many times i’ve spent 30 minutes to over an hour in the drive thru here. It would make sense if there were tons of people in line, but that’s not the case. I’ve sat at the window, being the only person in line and had to wait that long. It is beyond ridiculous. If there’s a shortage of staff, I do feel bad and I hope they can get more employees. Other than that there is honestly no excuse.

Wish I could get a -10 Will never eat at this Taco Bell again. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food inside everyone through the drive through even got their food even ones that came after i did got their food before me all I ordered was 5 things it shouldn’t of took 20 minutes to get my food when others were getting theirs. They got my order completely wrong, and they gave me a broken cup. There was also 4 people cooking so ♀️ Shouldn’t of took that long. Plus my tacos were soaked and literally fell apart. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Save your money and go to the one in cedar bluff.

My experience was not good at all. When checked order before leaving I noticed that things were missing. Several things actually, but when looking is thru the bag the nachos belle grande lid was not on there good so it went all over the other food that was in bag. Not to mention that it was hot so trying to clean it was burning my hands. When I went into the store to get the remaining items and told them the nachos went all over the other items the worker asked the manager to handle it. The manager never even came over to speak with me.
So needless to say the food was cold when I got home covered in beans cheese and sour cream. Not happy with the experience so will not be returning there. Go the extra mile and go to another taco bell. And on top of that did not realize but there was still another item missing from the bag.

Came here at 10 p.m ordered the chalupa box chulupa, it was stale my borrito and taco couldnt hold a form from being cold and soggy I was ok with it until I woke up at 2 am with all the great quality of eating bad food. So I called them wanting a refund. I spoke to a manager who told me that all the food is cooked fresh and that there was no possible way that I could’ve gotten sick from them and that I got sick from somewhere else. So I guess the manager who wasn’t managing the team at the time is psychic and knows when theres bacteria present from home. All I gotta say it’s not hard to be clean and sanitary which this location obviously is having trouble with.

The male employees was all in a single stall bathroom at one time. Anyones guess what they was doing I have 2 ideas. Took 32 minutes for 2 combo meals we was the only dine in customers. Staff was rude. We had to demand napkins and taco sauce. The dinning area wasnt clean. And thise new fiery Doritos loco tacos are very disappointing.
