One star for your night crew, 5 stars for the day crew and there are some at the drive thru during the day that are so sweet and upbeat. No issues with orders during the day. But evening onwards we have missing items and super skimped on the toppings.

Ordered on the app. Was ready super fast. The manager, a gentleman probably in his late 30s, that has been their for a while is always is really polite and fast. My order is always correct when he’s working, and its always a pleasant experience. Ive never Ordered during the day. So I cant speak on the morning crew. But the night crew is great. I got the new “franks red hot” fries and a very customized quesadilla. Everything was perfect.

If you have never had one of these gastronomical delights, then run… don’t walk to the Bell and try one!
A traditional Churro is a deep fried tube of dough, crispy on the outside, and soft and slightly doughy on the inside, then coated in cinnamon and sugar. Considering that Birthday Cake is my favorite food of all time, I was absolutely chuffed to hear about these Churros. I absolutely HAD to go and try one. I was not disappointed,
they are absolutely delicious! Fried to perfection, coated in sugar and sprinkles, and filled with sweet dreamy icing, my taste buds jumped for joy! I now have a new addiction, and I can’t stop running to Taco Bell to get my fix ☺️

I ordered at 12:11 and still hadn’t gotten by 1:06.!!! When I asked for my money back she gave me attitude!!!! I asked for corporate number and they said they didn’t have it!! WTH?!?! If I could give them 0 stars I would! They should just go ahead and lock the doors.

If you go late at night their always out of beef, why even stay open if your just going to keep turning guest away? Went last night 8/5 at 12:32 am and was told for the third time in two weeks that they are out of beef and soda, last time it was beef and tea and the time before it was beef, grilled chicken and tea. I work late and would love to come here and actually be able to order off your menu. Rediculous. I’m sure I’m not the only one that is infuriated by this mess, would appreciate it if the manager would handle this problem.
