The employees were nice and friendly and got my pick-up order out to me very fast with everything in it being mostly correct! When they forgot my Avocado Verde Salsa and I asked to get it after ordering, they promptly gave it to me. The food was amazing and definitely worth the wait.

Came here after a very long drive and arrived around midnight. Needed a quick bite before bed. Ordered two $7 boxes with 2 cheese roll ups. Both hardshell tacos were completely broken and both cheesy roll ups were crumpled up and completely stuck to the wrapper. Yall need to do better. I’m too tired to come back so have to eat it. And the boxes were securely held by a passenger so there’s no possible way that the tacos were broken because of us. Yall did this on purpose. Don’t like doing the work? Don’t work there! Without customers you wouldn’t have a job… this is totally unacceptable to serve to your customers

I joined the Taco Bell awards online app. Was so excited to get a Big box, plus a drink for just 1.00 with joining. Food was ready when I got there and it was an awesome value even had I paid the full 5.99. kudos to employees here for always being spot on and with a smile. I love me sum Tacos!

LOLA was amazing! She is one of the nicest tacobell employees. Tacobell isn’t known for their great service but with her apart of your team she definitely makes a positive impact. She is so polite and kind and on top of things. I was so impressed I had to write this review! Food was great except for the rice some of it was a bt hard/stale.
