We waited to be seated for 25 min once seated we never received a server two people from another country came in was seated in 5 min and then they were going to take their order. The black lady would not seat us and the white waitresses waited on the farmers. No one ever came and got our order. Worse service from a Buffalo restaurant I have ever had.

Witnessed poor guy literally asking green haired girl for help with customers and her response was something like ” you dont pay my bills”. Or something like that. Even though guy was sagging pants (a no no) he worked the customers. We sat outside and Bree (sp) was our waitress. She was awesome even though overwhelmed. A nice girl took our drink order (helping out) and took a load off of Bree. Overall…good food and drinks once we were established as customers. Management should evaluate their employees. Some staff should cooperate for better flow.

Went eat here for lunch on Thursday afternoon 01/29/2026. We were seated immediately (place was empty. The server was very unprofessional, she would say huh, what, and IDK. At least try to speak like you have graduated kindergarten. It was 4 of us. We ordered a chicken salad, 10 pc garlic parm. boneless wings, 10 pc medium boneless wings, and a club sandwich. 15 minutes after we ordered our food the garlic parm wings came out. 30 minutes later our salad came out. About 5 minutes after the salad came our medium wings and the sandwich came. The medium wings were cold and since it took so long the guy eating the garlic parm wings had finished eating prior to the rest of us getting our food. Then we had to get up and find the “waitress” to get our checks to pay. After 3 of the checks were paid the waitress couldnt get the card reader to work right and she mentioned she had to go to the bar to process it there. I told her it has a chip and lets try that and sure enough it worked. everyone else i was with had went to the car already. All 4 of us there will never return. I have been to 4 different buffalo wild wings and the food is always decent but the service is terrible. Something needs to change because obviously there is an issue with the way corporate handles training or something because BWW will eventually no longer exist if this continues.

I will be perfectly honest here: The only reason why this is a 1-star review is because the system does not allow for 0 stars. It was truly that bad!
Absolutely no service – the waitress, if you can even call her that, took 15 minutes to even approach our table. She took our order, supposedly, but we never saw any of it. She couldn’t even manage to bring us our drinks! We were there for an hour, trying to be patient, but in the end, we got up and left because we were clearly not being taken care of!
In addition, the larger party near us was vaping in the restaurant, and staff never said anything to them about it. Vaping inside is obviously not only not permitted but is also a health code violation.
What a disgusting disappointment!

The staff appears disorganized, and it’s unclear whether the restaurant is understaffed. We arrived around 7:50 PM and were not seated until about 45 minutes later, without any indication of the expected wait time. After being seated, we placed our food order and have now been waiting over 40 minutes without receiving our meals.
I strongly suggest that management either hire additional staff or better manage the current team, as this level of service is unacceptable and significantly impacts the overall dining experience.

Came in after a long day of traveling and was greeted immediately but it was downhill from there. We went to the bar and waited for 15 minutes and the bartender did not come to get our order. We were about to walk out but decided to give them one more chance after speaking to the manager. Our server wasn’t attentive and it took 33 minutes to get our food. Our fries and tots were cold, but the beer cheese Philly was hot and seasoned well. The manager never checked to see if our service improved. Will not be back.

This restaurant should honestly be ashamed to even unlock the doors. They dropped our forks on the table unrolled, dirty, and looking like they’d been scraped off the floor, which told me everything I needed to know. My tea showed up with no ice, because apparently even basic serving standards are too much to ask.
The food? An absolute clown show. Plates came out one at a time like they were being delivered by different people on different shifts, nothing together, nothing correct. And half the food wasn’t even what we ordered. Refills? Nonexistent. Our server vanished like they were allergic to customer service.
This wasn’t a restaurant experience — it was punishment. I wouldn’t send anyone here unless I genuinely wanted them to suffer.

I like the food and the service my only Grape would be the lack of people who don’t tip these waiters and waitresses. When you’re only making two dollars an hour your tips are your bread and butter. How you could go out and have someone running around to make your dining experience a wonderful time and not leave a tip boggles my mind. We were eating at the Meridian location and this girl was none stop and to hear the people saying they didn’t need to tip her, that angered me. Then keep your butts home. They’re not here working for free. And people want to know why Customer service is so bad everywhere. If you’ve never been in service then that’s why you people don’t tip, let me tell ya it’s no picnic? Take a special kind of people to put up with the public . So before you DON’T TIP Imagine you’re the server putting up with you
