Love going to this place, food is always hot even after driving 20 minutes home but it is absolutely INSANE that tonight makes 8 times in a row where i buy food for me and my wife and she doesnt like sour cream. I order her stuff with no sour cream guess what has happened? Just LOADED with sour cream. Just double check your food before driving off at this point

So when inside to order food but went to the bathroom first. When I to wash my hands there was no running water. I already had soap in my hand that was not able to wash my hands. I tried multiple times. Had to go to the men’s bathroom just to wash my hands. When I brought it to the girl’s attention that run the front she said that it’s been that way for a month. The staff goes in the kitchen area and washes their hands but that is dangerous and disgusting.

I come to this Taco Bell frequently as I work close by. The girl at the drive thru window with all the nose piercings and bright orange hair could seriously benefit from more training. She is one of the most unfriendly employees I’ve ever come across. She never has a word to say. As she passes me my drink, I thank her – no response. As she passes my food, I thank her-no response. She then asks if I want any sauces- I reply no thank you, and still no other words from her. She never tells me to have a great day, a great life, nothing. Every time I drive off, I say “have a great day!” But she does not seem to acknowledgment it or anything at all. Just flat out rude/unfriendly. 0 aura points from me. I’m throwing in the towel on this new Taco Bell location, sorry!

I ordered grilled cheese nacho fries that looked like 4 fries with a 1/4lb of cheese and miscellaneous food. My fiance ordered a quesadilla that tasted like it was made yesterday and not cut at all. We even got Cinnabon delights and it looked like it was found under the fryer from a week ago. My fiance got five layer burrito that she never received and my beefy melt burrito was literally just beef and cheese. One of the worst experiences at a Taco Bell ever.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a chalupa and it came unfried/toasted or however they do it to make it crisp. It looks nice but would have preferred the shell to be warmed. They make them with about a teaspoon of meat and sour cream, 2 cups of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese and tomatoes on top.
