Stopped here for the first time this morning. Never had Breakfast from Taco Bell before. This one was really nice and the food and service was great. The kiosk would not take my card so someone came out and took care of me. That was nice.

I was picking up DoorDash orders last night, and every order I got was from this store. The employees were truly one of a kind. They are such kind souls. When I was done delivering DoorDash orders I decided to go through the drive through and order food for myself and my boyfriend. After ordering my food my card had declined. Unfortunately all the money I made from door dashing had been took from my account. I started telling the worker that was there helping me all night with the orders what I wanted took off my order so I could afford it. They paid for what I could not. I am truly thankful for that. I was delivering door dash orders to be able to get food. This person went above and beyond. There are still good souls out there, and this person and their coworkers are few of them.

This taco bell is normally better than Nortons but today was awful. The first time I got my food cold and not even heated up to melt the cheese and not that much chicken so I normally give the food a five star but today I would say a three star due to the food not being like it normally is. Today they are low staff but other than the experience I had today I give this taco bell a full five stars.! Hopefully they will resolve this issue and it be like a five star all the time !

This was hands-down the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in years. My family stopped here during a road trip, and from the moment we walked in, everything was spot on. The restaurant was impressively clean — including the bathrooms, which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. One employee even gave my child a 3D printed toy, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It was clear they genuinely care about making people’s day, especially kids’.
And let’s talk about the food — they absolutely nailed it. Everything was fresh and made just right, but what really stood out was the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito. Whoever’s making them at this location knows what they’re doing. Perfect layering, plenty of filling, melty cheese in all the right places — it was like they followed the blueprint that every other Taco Bell forgets. It actually tasted like the classic Beefy 5-Layer is supposed to taste.
I am tempted to start planning toad trips around this Taco Bell.

The employees aren’t nice at all we walked in the door on two separate occasions and on both the employees went to the back to never be seen again they wouldn’t help us on the kiosk or anything so we walked out and went to Norton Taco Bell where I do have to say the Employees were really nice helped us order and was very friendly it is bad when they take the employees from a restaurant and want you to use a kiosk alot of the older generation would have problems using one and the employees definitely won’t help so sad what times we live in when you take communication and jobs from people and make machine’s

I l or it but id probably Drive 2 minutes to Norton Taco Bell. The food here is quite consistently being made incorrectly. Between not making the food to how it has been ordered, or they put globs of sauce all in only one side of the food. And the service is SLOW!!!!!!!! Especially when placing orders online

This is a very slow Taco bell. I thought maybe it was because they just opened but it happens often. There’s been a few simple mistakes like forgetting my fire sauce and things like that but otherwise the food taste the same as other Taco bells. I’m hoping that they’ll pick up the pace because I quit stopping there for lunch at a fear that I’ll use my lunch hour waiting. I don’t know if it’s the people that are going through the drive-thru that are taking so long but I have watched someone just sit there waiting for someone to come on the speaker.

Ordered 2 orders of the street chalupas they had 2 pieces of steak on each of them barely any sauce and I paid for extra shredded cheese and I got 3 shavings. I’d post a pic but don’t think I can.

This Taco Bell is the greatest plus have managers that care about customers. Me and my wife had a horrible experience at the Taco Bell in clintwood Virginia yesterday and the Taco Bell in Wise made things right. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you
