Ethan’s Tree Service had 20 men that needed food and we all agreed we would just buy 4 twelve packs 2 beef and two chicken we sent one of the men’s wives to order and get the food , the place was not busy at all and we understand if the place is busy right at lunch we may have to wait but 20 minutes went by and no food so she went inside to ask what was up because they was not busy, it made no sense that it was taking so long . When the manager seen the woman picking up the food standing there she made it clear to the woman that was going to bring the food to the car to tell us we should never come there and order this much at lunch time and should call ahead and we would have, but we was right next door . At the flow of customers if this manager couldn’t handle one order of this size how would she have handled the 20 men coming in and doing separate orders and she tried to make a point to tell us if we can’t give her time to do these orders don’t shop at her store .

Clean restaurant, fairly fast service, hot food, lots of soda options. Crunchy taco supreme was good. Nachos were on the skimpy side. A sign recommended recycling the sauce packets, but there was no option in the store to actually recycle them.

Hate that I’m even here bc I don’t like to leave bad reviews or bad mouth but this place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I come here and I order it’s always wrong and I have to drive back through the drive thru or all the way back to town or just cut my losses on an order that’s over $20. Today was my last straw as I asked for an item to be omitted on my food bc of a food allergy. Had the person who took my order repeat my order and I checked the receipt after my purchase to be absolutely sure. Get ALL the way home and my order is caked in the item I’m allergic to. Aside from that the girl who handed me my order had a terrible attitude. For the umpteenth time, I’m disappointed and convinced I won’t be coming back.

Got a Mexican pizza and made my husband sick from the taste. He loves them but tonight he made me taste it and omg tasted like aluminum can or plastic bag it was bad. Hope nobody else has that experience. I couldn’t even get him to eat a taco after that. Gross

I visited taco bell in rocky mount va after work pulled up to window girl took my money told me to pull around and I waited 10 mins go by then 15 mine and keep in mind I order a quesadilla and soft taco I go inside 6 to 8 people working and management look like she was on drugs twitching said sorry but no unacceptable when others were going through quickly and u had staff walking around
