La Tour Café Iwilei is a European-inspired café that blends fresh-baked goods, local ingredients, and creative fusion twists on sandwiches, salads, and more. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or casual meal, with a bright, modern vibe and reliable quality.
One of the absolute highlights is the Wagyu Beef “Pho”ggie — a brilliant mix of pho flavors in sandwich form. Made with premium Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef, it’s layered with house-made “Pho” mayo (infused with those classic aromatic spices), leafy greens, shaved onions, cilantro, fresh jalapeño, and a squeeze of lemon, all nestled in a crisp organic rustic baguette. The tender, rich Wagyu melts in your mouth, while the herbs and jalapeño add that perfect zing without overpowering. It’s creative, indulgent, and easily one of the best fusion sandwiches I’ve had in a while.
Portions are generous although the entrees do not include a side item so you’ll need to order something extra if you want a side salad or fries.
Service is friendly and efficient, and the café’s overall menu (from paninis to fresh salads and those addictive macarons) shows real attention to detail.
We enjoyed this place for a lunch date and would go back again—highly recommended!

Good food and good vibes! We went during a quiet hour (sometime between lunch and dinner) and there were just a few people in the restaurant. Ordered a burger and a (staff recommended) wagyu pho-ggie as well as an iced coffee and mint water. Our favorites were definitely the wagyu pho-ggie and mint water!

Bought so many gifts (macaroons) from here. The gifts were well received. They asked me if I made them and I told them the truth that I got them from La Tour Cafe. People thought that I work for their marketing team since I got them the macaroons couple times already.

La Tour Cafe has raised their prices. I paid $57 dollars for what is shown in the picture. The food tastes fine, but the prices are actually ridiculous. I asked for an extra dipping sauce for the second order of fries (garlic fries $1 extra already) and was told that it was a charge for another dipping sauce bc the garlic fries don’t come with the sauce (according to the unsympathetic cashier). I have loved supporting la tour in the past, but I WILL NOT be coming back again. In addition, the Coke Zero from the fountain tasted terrible. What a shame.

And why didn’t I pay attention to this place before? )) It’s very tasty here, but the prices for some dishes are quite high. I ordered my favorite onion soup, PHOGGIE with wagyu beef, creme brulee pastry and caramel macaron, I really liked it all The macarons here are really delicious and the size is larger than in other places. The only downside was that the restroom didn’t work.

solid choice for creative takes on bahnmi sandos and other yummy sandwiches and salads. their famous sweets are also must-haves. pretty good value proposition as well, price reflects quality. great lunch stop while going to nearby costco and hardware store. infact, just park at the lowes and walk over, much easier than the complex spots that are so tight.

Ordered today for the first time and was extremely disappointed especially for the price. I ordered the French Dip and was the worst I’ve ever had. Three thin slices of bland beef on a soggy bun. The garlic fries were very good.
