I have been to a lot of Taco Bells in my life, but I have never had tacos that were freezing to the touch because there was frozen lettuce in them. I don’t know how the staff didn’t notice that, unless they just don’t care, which is also worrisome. If not for the meat, my hard tacos would have been 100% freezing cold. It’s ridiculous. My husband had a soft taco, so having the lettuce folded in with everything else made everything cold. I was at least able to remove the lettuce from mine and you could see the ice glistening. I do not recommend going to this location. The reason for 3 stars is because they had clean bathrooms and I was greeted. Whoever owns or manages this location- it was the staff working on 12/7/25 @ 1:30-2pm. If not for grabbing food to go as we were on a long trip, we would have taken it back.

Ordered Street chalupas and was given 2 little pieces of meat on each chalupa. Paid $17.70 for my meal just to get nothing fr. Even my Doritos tacos had a ton of lettuce with no meat. And ima truck driver so I dont be having time to come back and get food remade. I hate fast food service and quality nowadays

We had a great experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Ordering was quick and easy, and the food was delicious and prepared well.
The inside of the restaurant was spacious and very clean, making it a comfortable place to sit and eat. Overall, everything from the service to the food was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly made the experience even better.

I’m at cashier ordering, one of their employees walked in from outside reeking of marijuana. Cashier was nice, but the manager had a blah attitude. I waited longer than the customer that ordered after me. His order was similar to mine. Huh? How does that work?? Food wasn’t made well either. Won’t eat at this Taco Bell Ever Again! Disappointed with overall food and service quality.

Man I always dread when my order is wrong…. Fast food is WAAAY to expensive now a days to not get what you paid for. Each time I ask for my order to be made right (and I’m always VERY nice because I know mistakes happen and fast food workers do not get paid a living wage). Man if looks could kill… this is the third time I have asked for my order to be made right only to be given the death stare by workers at the window. I have for the most part just sucked it up when they get my order wrong, but if it’s really messed up that’s when I asked for it to be remade. Again I’m always very kind and polite only to be treated like absolute garbage from the workers at this location. I’m definitely not going to be coming to this location again, so will be eating at taco bell 95% less. I tried to be understanding for so long, but the way I was treated today was my breaking point. I have worked in fast food and I know it sucks a lot, but I’ve never treated anyone like that, let alone a customer that was being kind about a mistake I made….

The young lady who did my order was wonderful. Whoever was on the food line today was a hit and miss, you get what you get. I originally ordered a veggie bowl. The first one had no beans. I go back, still my order was jacked. A table spoon size of black beans and a teaspoon size of guacamole if that. When I got home, I had to open a can of black beans and season them to add to the veggie bowl. Make your own veggie bowl at home, dont waste $10.

This place has a terrible regulation on a free taco. So you receive these coupons from the store when you have had a bad experience. I.e burnt quesadillas or low amounts of meat. I have worked at a taco bell before and know how these coupons work. In order to use it stated by this store. “You must purchase an item before you can redeem the coupon.” Like brother the only reason I got this coupon is because you messed up so why am I paying for something when I’m just trying to redeem a coupon you gave me in exchange for my happiness now I’m unhappy. Thank you for making me unhappy taco bell again…

Just got food from here. I ordered and received my drink, I was then asked to wait in the lot for the rest of my order. I ordered a large Mountain Dew with the Grande Nachos box. The order that came to my car was wrong so naturally, I went inside and explained to them that this was the wrong order. I was then told that the order was correct, when I asked “Since when does the Grande Nachos Box come with a taco?” I was then given the correct order. As it was slid across the counter. No big. I get home STARVING and only to be met with shear disappointment. My chicken on my nachos was old and my chips are all in pieces. They need to review their hot holding times for proteins. You’d think that they’d make the food like how’d they want theirs to be. Will not be coming back. Not to mention I believe that I was overcharged. I got these same items a week ago for 9 dollars but tonight it was 13?
