Just ordered a combo with a protein bowl, didn’t give me the correct bowl I asked for a crispy. Got no straws with the drink, and while I was stuck in the drive thru, this lady proceeds to try and take my order when im no where near the speaker. Absolutely garbage

Went after work to get some French toast sticks at 2:30am. I ordered and paid for the 6pc combo I get home at 2:50 open the bag and its two cheeseburgers I don’t eat cheeseburgers due to an allergy so I call 3 times first time they don’t answer the next two times they pick up and say nothing then proceed to hang up after 11 seconds. I just wanted a refund since I can’t even eat the burgers. Extremely disappointing as I’ve been here multiple times and have always gotten a good experience. I work in fast food honestly is an embarrassing situation for the workers and manager because I know there’s at least two of them at this time and with one other person behind me this shouldn’t have happened.

We stopped for breakfast on a trip. The store was very clean, the food was very good, but the staff is what made the visit pleasant. They went out of their way to help with slightly customizing an order for me due to food allergies. Good job!

Restrooms are marked as for customers, but staff refused to let me in. They said people could go inside, fall asleep, and that’s why they keep them closed. Very poor service.

So, I love Jack’n box in Perris. The workers are nice, fast and I’ve never had a problem. But I didn’t give them a 5 Star because the Buttery Jack was nothing like the picture advertised which I feel it should be. I’ve shared my pictures so you can see for yourself.

Got a munchie meal siracha curly fry burger today. The tacos were basically cold but didn’t mind as much. But as soon as I grabbed the burger it felt kinda light. So I opened it and I’m missing a while patty. Waste of money, should’ve gone to farmers boys across the street instead.
