Worst location I have ever been to, wanted to give it a second chance but food was stale and terrible, both orders of fries so hard i just threw them out. Worker at drive through window was rude stuck the drink out at me saying here with an attitude. Definitely wont be back to this location.

Wow. Showed up for breakfast and was met with the best Taco Bell service I’d ever received, hands down. Staff were friendly, but the attention to detail here was immaculate down to the sauce containers. Implore readers to look at my images to see the quality of the Crunchwrap we received. The team and manager (who was helping prepare food) clearly cared. Service experience of a bygone era, and a breath of fresh ocean air.

I want to thank the staff of this Taco Bell for providing excellent service, a clean restaurant, and fresh food. The employees are always cheerful. I drive past multiple other locations to come to this specific Taco Bell after dozens of bad experiences at the TB near my home/work. It is my new go to and I wish the staff ran the one by where I work. I also wanted to note the faced and organized sauce packs! Great job!

I placed my order then when I came to pick it up they said the fryer was not working. I worked at a fast food restaurant and I never heard that. I been coming here all night for door dash orders and nothing was wrong. I feel I should get my order minus the fry items for free and get a refund because when I placed the order money came out of my account. But now I’m without my fry items because they want to say fryer is not working.

Every time I come to this location I always have to wait around 15 minutes just to be acknowledged just picking up an order. Staff is rarely helpful and the food is usually only a little above room temperature. The dining area is also usually filthy.

I ordered and my total was 6.02 and since the recent step away from using pennies i didn’t have any and neither did the location instead of rounding down like other places like chic fil a she took my $7 and instead of getting 98 cents i got 95. So in summary I was punished for paying with cash. Why?

I’ll start off by saying I’m only comparing this to other Taco Bell’s. The service was good, no complaints, but the food was terrible. What I ordered tasted stale and moldy. The ingredients were clearly very old and the burrito was watery and very haphazardly thrown together (i.e. the sour cream as an example was glopped at one end of the burrito. I was very disappointed in the food but as I said the service seemed nice.

The employees are so nice and helpful at this location! My mother accidentally sent our mobile order to a store in Virginia Beach and after sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes an employee came over and started asking my mom about her order. Trying to figure out why they had nothing prepared for her. The employee figured out what happened and cancelled the old order at the wrong location and submitted a new for his restaurant. All without charging my mom 2x! I really appreciate kind employees who actually take the time to help customers and not just stand around acting like they are forced to be working and will do nothing to help the customer. I was very impressed with how clean this Taco Bell was, it was sparkling and ok the employees were smiling! And talking kindly to each other! Such a nice experience! And this location is latex free! They use vinyl & Nitrile gloves when cooking food which is very important to me because I am allergic to latex.

I went into the Taco Bell on first colonial road today. Wanting to buy lunch and use the restroom they said that I had to purchase something before using the restroom. Now I have cerebral palsy and really needed to use the restroom And when I need to go I really need to go. So after they wouldn’t give me the code until I purchased something I left the store or went to Wendy’s where I almost had an accident Because I don’t have the muscle controlled hold it. I think that it’s ridiculous that so many can’t use the bathroom when they need to. I told them that I would be buying lunch I just couldn’t buy it right then because I really needed to go. And their response was sorry. I will never be going to this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell in Hampton roads ever again. Because I can’t trust that if I need to use the bathroom before I order my food then any of the Taco bells in him the roads will let me.
