A decent Taco Bell, however we came up on a Friday evening and it took almost 40 minutes to receive our food. In addition to that, they did not have any of the 90s speciality items which was also a bit disappointing.

the food was mid but that was lowk on my part. tell me why I WAITED A WHOLE HOUR TO GET A SAD PATHETIC BURRITO!!! Horrible service, horrible wait, might as well go to a michelin if ur gonna wait that long. the best part is that the trash area was overflowing and thre were no drink lids. THE OWNERS HAVR ZERO RESPECT TOWARDS THE TIME OF THE TOURISTS OF VA BEACH!! also my friends wants to say that the nacho fries weren’t seasoned enough.

Went there and ordered our food and then when we got home, our items were missing so we had to pay someone gas money to go all the way back there to get our item and they gave us a taco receipt for a free taco for the inconvenience and that was AFTER I told them it was an inconvenience and couldn’t even give me some cinnamons balls for free. On top of the attitudes that they gave us! Go somewhere else cause they are rude and a waste of your time and gas since they think a 60 cent taco makes things better…..

Very good service. Crew was friendly, the food came out how it was ordered, and tasted very good. The restaurant is also very clean and kept up well. Good job Va beach oceanfront Taco Bell!

I placed an order through GrubHub and despite accepting the order, they never prepared it and left me waiting for almost 2 hours for an update on order completion. I had called this location twice for a verbal update on the order so I could understand if the issue was on them or GrubHub.
The young male employee who answered had confirmed they were in fact accepting orders, even confirmed my name, then stated that my driver had just arrived and picked up my order. However that was a lie because my app had never updated to show that one of their drivers picked up the order. It has to be confirmed on their end before mine so this employee is a lazy liar. Said employee also kept saying “Doordash” order, proving that no driver came because I did not order through that service, which is distinctively noted on their order screens. I’ve worked in food and understand how the process works. There was no reason to accept the order then lie about it. Very weird behavior and I would not trust this location again in the future.

Rude. Not much else to say. Walked in, stood there as one worker saw us, stood there longer. Finally asked “yall trying to order?” I had a mobile order. Guy in window tosses the bag on the counter and walks away. Stood there longer bc as you could see on the receipt there shoukd he TWO drinks so had to wait for that. Said thank you have a nice day to just get their backs turned to us. So simple, rude.
Grilled burrito was overcooked so the cheese was burnt to the outside and nothing was in it. None of the ingredients that it shows on menu were not in there. Awful.

Great place to taste some buritos and tacosIf you’re looking for delicious burritos and tacos, you should definitely check out Taco Bell. Their ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors are incredible. I highly recommend their carnitas burrito and their al pastor tacos. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!

Very slow service. We waited 30+ minutes for our food, while other customers who ordered later were served before us. Staff focus seemed to be an issue, as one employee was seen using a personal phone in the back. Disappointing visit; cannot recommend this Taco Bell

I placed the order in the app and got there within 5 minutes. Waited almost 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their food. Then waited another 5 at the window.
Got the bag with 2 meximelts and a 5 piece nugget with a cheese cup. Not only was the cheese cup less than half full (And i had to ask for the cheese since they didn’t put it in the bag), the nuggets were very dry and WAY over cooked! For that kinda wait, They should have been extremely fresh. I know the staff won’t care but I’ll go to the one by Walmart if I ever want Taco Bell again. Fast food isn’t fast food anymore.

This Taco Bell is so hit or miss. If adults are there running the store you get great food and great service. If the children are running the store though you get cold, crusty food and an attitude. These kids will never survive a real job if Taco Bell is so hard for them lmao.
