Awful. It didn’t take long to get my food, but the condition of the store makes me question if the employees are following basic hygiene guidelines.

After I received my food, I almost fell going to the drink machine. There was a wet floor sign, but it wasn’t visible from the counter. It also looks like something is leaking from the machine.

As I ate my food, it began to fall apart and was very messy. I don’t mind that, but I wasn’t provided any napkins. So, I went to the napkin dispensers and they were all empty. I wanted to ask the employees to fill the napkin dispensers but after they served me my food, they were nowhere to be found.

I went to the bathroom to clean up, which I was able to do but there were no napkins or paper towels and the bathroom either. It looks like the employees are using it, because someone went in before me and put food service gloves in the trash. That means, that the employees were well aware that there were no paper towels in the bathroom. That also makes me wonder if they are properly washing and drying their hands or just washing their hands and then wiping their hands on their dirty clothes to dry them.

Finally, as I was leaving, I decided to take pictures of the condition of the store and noticed some of the employees came out of hiding and one of them was standing around texting on their phone (last picture I posted). I know Taco Bell isn’t McDonald’s, but as Ray Kroc once said, “If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.” That also means you have time to refill the napkins, refill the paper towels in the bathroom, and empty the trash cans in the bathroom and the dining area.

Do better.

Poor quality, I ordered 3 soft taco supreme NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM and ADDED chicken to them. All three tacos barely had chicken on them no beef maybe 4 tiny tomatoes and cheese sauce all over the wrappers along with shredded cheese bits throughout. I paid $17 for three tacos just for them to tell me if I wanted beef on them as well I was gonna have to pay for three sides of beef… wasn’t even worth the argument I walked in the store and threw the whole bag away… thanks for wasting my time and money

Taco Bell in general has gone down hill, but this one is particularly bad. Personal service in the dining area is almost nonexistent… employees are generally unseen. Those you do see seem quite friendly, but are often seen chatting or texting instead of checking the dining area, bathrooms & trash cans. (Maybe an understaffing issue?) The food is more often than not quite under-filled & thrown together. Messy. Slow. Often wrong. But the last straw for me is that the dining area is now kept ICE COLD! I mean Freezing!!! Extremely uncomfortable for those of us who prefer dining in to ordering out. Many who come in actually turn around to leave because of the temperature inside. Should one decide to stay, they will literally shake & shiver through their entire meal. Seems to me that proper management & training is lacking here. If one plans to eat in, the other Bell on Western Branch Blvd, while also lacking, is at least more bearable. Hoping someone will pay attention to this and correct the issues here as it is the most convenient to my home, and it has much potential, but the dining room issue alone will keep me driving the extra distance to the other location for now. Please do better.

How the mighty have fallen. Taco used to be one of favorite places for a cheap snack. Unfortunately the rising prices and lowering quality have detracted from the Taco Bell experience. The cheapest item on the menu is the $1.30 cheesy roll up which is a glorified tortilla with some cheese. Absolutely sad. This location is especially depressing with the blown out speaker providing ear wrenching sound. This isn’t even the worst part of the experience. The food at the location is always a 10 minute or longer wait even when ordering online. Have fun waiting in the depressing lobby or the long drive through. Management needs to spruce up this Taco Bell location because it’s slow, dingy and expensive. I would not recommend eating here it’s not worth the wait. Edit: The in store dining experience is still terrible the employees only focus on the drive through customers.

Young people mostly don’t have manners with serving the public. All food is not there. Tacos have little food. And if your food comes in a box you can forget that. How can you check your food when everything is wrapped and throw in a bag like groceries. We’re are the BOXES Churchland area, broth stores.

Long wait time with minimal lunch traffic.
Cold food.
Warm soda.
No ice.
Bro kept forgetting everyone’s cup and was getting frustrated at people asking for their cup.
Absolute horrible taco bell experience.
Spend the extra money and go to Panda or CFA.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It’s awful. I ordered online and drove over to pick it up. They told me they were out of beef and it was at least 20 minutes. Taco bell out of beef is disappointing. 20 min to cook it is absolutely wild. Canceled my order

I’ve never left a review anywhere I have been BUT this tacobell…. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m a tacobell lover and this is the only one near my house but I hate to say…. I’m done with tacobell in the area. I’ve been to this one a few times and everytime something on the order isn’t there and the order is kind of messed up. I was always like “they are busy it’s fine no big deal” today though…. My family and I went up to this one. We put our order in in my phone like 15 minutes before arriving so we could go in and just eat and there’s 4 people instead of waiting. We get there. It’s not ready. I’m not mad at this point. I understand. We get our order… my kids bean tacos have 1/4 of beans across the bottom and I had to smear it across to the other side to make a floor for the taco to roll. Same thing with the other. My husband and I paid for avocado sauce. They are out of it. Also, my husband got a crunchy taco. It was in crumbles and broken all the way through. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce. (Paid for it ) it was just straight beans. No sauce or onions. Just beans rolled up to a burrito size. The kids nachos only came with cheese. No chips. There was a cheese quesadilla I paid 5$ for and it legitimately was burnt with no cheese on it. I’m not one to complain but I asked my husband to re order it at the register and I ended up having to pull the quesadilla apart to Cabot it was like a giant burnt chip with no cheese and I paid 5$ for it so I’d like one made correctly. ON TOP OF OUR ORDER 3 people behind me came in with a complaint at the same time as me. Nobody at this location can make a taco. Poor service and food.

Genuinely hate this Taco Bell. Always slow regardless of drive thru or dine in. Food always appears and taste as if it were made by a toddler. I always feel disgusted after eating it. Had a crunch wrap supreme that was mostly tortilla and an extremely soggy “hard” shell in the inside. Had maybe 2 bites of beef, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce with a sprinkle of tomato. Last time I got food here, which I swore would be my last time because of the disgusting food, the chips tasted as if they were fried in old grease used to fry plastic. Just absolutely vile. Crunch wrap picture for reference of when I FINALLY got to the beef, cheese, and sour cream. $6+ for bread and sauce packets honestly.
