By far the worst tacobell experience I’ve ever had. I’m beyond disappointed. Came in and ordered dine in on the touchpad, came to almost $50, then waited, and then continued to wait, and waited even longer, it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food, I counted 8 people that have come in and left before we got our food. When we brought this up we were told (in the snarkiest tone) “well I came up here to see who was waiting on what order” cool. But that doesn’t matter. I’ve been in fast food, and have managed fast food before, I know that orders should be processed in the order in which they were received, I understand understaffing and how busy things can get, but waiting 45 minutes for tacobell is ridiculous, when we FINALLY received our order we were still missing items. Almost all items in our order were below the already low tacobell standard. Seriously?!?! I’m not asking for perfection, I came to tacobell. Anyways the burritos were basically a ball, more tortilla than any stuffings, the quesadilla was dry, brought it up to the counter and asked “where’s the chipotle sauce” and got “it wasn’t on the truck” so in the 45 minutes we were waiting no one had the decency to tell us that there was no chipotle sauce (which didn’t make sense since other items in the order had the sauce in it) we got a refund for the quesadilla, but in reality I want a refund for the whole order, the place was disgusting (forgot to mention I saw an employee come and wipe tables with a bone dry paper towel, and completely missed the only table and bench that actually needed cleaning 3 TIMES) I’m absolutely never coming to this location again, if you want tacobell go to the location by the paper moon, across from Rosie’s, yeah there’s a wait but their store is clean, our order is always right, and everyone there is respectful. This is absurd, I expect a call or a refund.

I NEVER write reviews ! I wish I could have gave them zero star honestly. First I go to the window and the teenager at the window start laughing but she apologize though. As soon as I got home I realize they had messed up my order by not asking what I wanted. I got the soft taco (which I didn’t want) and she never asked hard or soft taco. The communication is awful the people don’t care and the one time I go to taco bell ( which I know taco bell food is not the best) but I went anyways was also awful, just don’t go and waste your time nor money !

With occasional exceptions, this location has terrible service and about 75% error rate on orders. On two visits in one week I was inexplicably asked to “drive around and come back” at the drive through. I reported this to the regional manager who was initially very responsive but then ghosted me. Hey, it’s a Taco Bell, you get what you get, but at this location, pretty much plan on not getting what you order and on lackluster service.

Tried to say they were giving the wrong amount of money then got the order wrong. Then told me to get back in line because they were busy instead of fixing their mistake. Rude day time drive thru only. The girl inside was the only one polite enough to fix my food. While two were chatting at the drive thru.

This Taco Bell was difficult to maneuver to due to the extreme busyness of the area. Once we parked, we were happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, and the tastiness of our food. I would recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for a great Taco experience.

Customer service at this location is lacking! No people skills at all. I made it clear that I wasn’t satisfied and the manager ( Rushana) was very nonchalant when I told her how I felt. The food was fair, over priced and sloppy. If this is what it’s like to eat at Taco Bell, I will never return again. This was the wrong choice for me!! Regret is the perfect word!!

This was supposed to be a Mexican pizza. This is slop to throw away not even fit for a dog. I bought this on a Tuesday (4-4-23) at the Midlothian Tnpike area. The customer service from the lady cook was HORRIBLE! Didn’t get my money back. Called customer service some kid – young guy answers the phone totally NO customer skills. OMG! People what is the world coming to. People just don’t want to work anymore. Companies can’t hire good quality workers or they’re letting go the quality workers and holding on to trash!

Over the 500 Taco Bell visits around the country, this Taco Bell employee denied giving water cups. No worries. I will take my business elsewhere.

So I went through the drive through and the bag was gently handed to me and placed right in the lap next to me. We parked right in their parking lot to eat. I open the bag and the Mexican pizza box was empty….it was out of the box all broken up a huge mess all over the other food. I had no time to go back through the drive thru as you can not just go in. I had to scoop it up off the other food with my hands so my kids could eat the food underneath it. We had somewhere to be so frustrating! How careless…our bag of food was obviously dropped or literally thrown in the bag.
