I went in, intending to get a coffee and a doughnut and to use the restroom. I asked to use the restroom first and I was treated like I was a drug addict. I wasn’t even Trusted with the key to the restroom I had to be let in. I’m surprised I didn’t have to get patted down and go through a metal detector as well. Regardless, the cashier said in a very condescending tone that’s for paying customers only at that point I amended my order to just buy a doughnut which he charged me for not asking what kind of donut I wanted, and immediately proceeded to come around the counter begrudgingly having to let me into the restroom. When I came out, I waited a few minutes with no one in line and no one acknowledging me just waiting for my doughnut which I still have yet to order. I think the girl tried to make up for it, cause she saw how badly I was being treated by her coworker, and she slipped me an extra donut, which I very much appreciate, but unfortunately doesn’t make up for the judgmental nature in which I was treated from the very beginning

I went in to order a refresher and donut. There was one person a head of me ordering, one waiting for their order, and one seated guest. After taking the person’s order in front of me, the employee proceeded to the drive through and stared at the register as if confused. Five minutes passed before someone acknowledged my presence. When I was finally asked to order, the lady never made eye contact and basically threw my order on the counter. This place used to be friendly and good customer service. At one point, they were a community partner with a local elementary school. If any of them applied to work for me, I’d remember them and make sure to not hire.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Have been there on several occasions and it’s always a challenge! The management doesn’t seem to make or attempt to make it right and the customer isn’t always right in this establishment! I literally have left this location and gone down the road to another Dunkin’ and have had the best service possible with no complaints! I will truly never entertain this business ever again!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had any issues until today. Not a huge deal, but enough to annoy me that I wasted my time and money. I went there specifically because i was craving a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I get home and I pull a bagel out of the bag. I even repeated my order twice and they still gave me the wrong thing.

Ordered coffee only and it was fresh, hot and tasted great. Service was friendly and quick. I order an American with 3 Splenda and 4 creams. Perfect. Price is average, but there coffee has a rich, strong flavor. Worth a little extra.

Never had such poor customer service. Even the manager was rude and demeaning. I had my phone on the counter to get the points while i was giving my order. The cashier saw me put it out for my points and I even told him what I was doing. He rang up the order without scanning and then he and the manager blamed me for not “holding it up” for them to see. Unbelievable. They said they would have to refund me the money and reorder to give me the points, knowing there was a line behind me. The cashier didn’t look at me but shook his finer at me telling me it was my fault… insane. Maybe drive thru is better. Avoid going in this one if you can.

I usually go to this location because despite the morning crew being awful, the afternoon crew is usually really good. I usually submit a mobile order as it’s just easier for me, I tried to submit my usual mobile order this morning, only to be told by the morning staff that they turned off the mobile ordering yesterday because according to the drive-thru staff “they’re too busy in the morning to also do mobile orders” so they’re just not doing mobile orders. That’s just ridiculous and lazy, especially with all of the other locations still doing the mobile ordering. Even the location I went to said that this particular location is just a bunch of lazy people working there.

Was horrible this morning only 1 person working at 5:30am had to wait over 20min in drive thur for 1 cup of coffee. The lady was the only one the others didn’t show up till 6:10 you need to people on to cook.

This is literally hands down my favorite dunkin ever. Everyone from the lovely lady manager to all her amazing associates that work for her. It was hard when they were closed for their remodel! Had to go to other ones and it only reiterated how amazing this place truly is!!

I’ve had bad food from a restaurant before. Never once have I thought about leaving a review about it. But in my 59 years of life I have never had anything as abominable as I got from this restaurant today. I was gagging by the second bite. I wouldn’t even call that slop I was served food.
I got the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I don’t even know where to start. To call that a croissant, should be a crime. A croissant should be puffy and flaky. This tasted like it was made out of paste. It was gummy and chewy and flavorless.
The egg and sausage tasted like a stage prop and tasted like neither sausage nor egg. Not to mention the amount of Grease dripping from the sandwich.
I also got their hash browns. Those tasted like they were fried in six-month-old truck stop grease.
Please stick to just making donuts and don’t inflict this on any other human being.
If you’re thinking of stopping here to get a breakfast sandwich, may I suggest going dumpster diving at McDonald’s. Your food will taste far better. Literally the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth.
