This is a routine Mexican pizza you get here if you go around 8pm. This is the third time in about a month, so I’m posting this for the owners to see the quality of their staff at a specific time. I’m wondering if the owners of this place do routine quality checks.

About once a year I try fast food and am immediately reminded why I stopped going to fast food places. After waiting eight minutes in line for the touchscreen order computer, because nobody was working a register, I ordered a quesadilla to go. About 10 minutes later my name was called out and a guy dropped a tray on the counter with my quesadilla. I said can I get a bag this was to go. He was kind enough to toss an unopened paper bag on the counter and walk off and join the other six or so people that were standing around watching other workers make food. When I picked up the quesadilla from the tray and tried to put it in the bag everything fell out inside. And so now I have a bag full of ingredients.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times and the food is what you’d expect from a typical Taco Bell – no real issues there.

However, about two hours after using my card in-store here, my credit card company notified me of an attempted charge for a hotel room that I did not authorize. This was the only in-person “abnormal” purchase I’d made on that card in a long time, so the timing is concerning.

I can’t say with absolute certainty that my card information was compromised at this location, but the coincidence is hard to ignore. I’d recommend checking your statements closely if you pay with a physical card here and consider using tap-to-pay or a mobile wallet if possible.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Taco Bell locations. Specifically, I am appalled by the policy—or lack thereof—surrounding access to complimentary drinking water.

It is both unreasonable and unacceptable that customers are forced to purchase a soda cup or bottled water simply to quench their thirst. Water is a basic human necessity, not a luxury item to be monetized. The refusal to provide a complimentary cup of tap water—especially when dining in—is not only poor customer service, but also reflects a troubling disregard for hospitality and public health.

Fast food establishments across the country routinely offer free water to patrons, recognizing that hydration should not be contingent on a sale. Taco Bell’s decision to deviate from this norm feels petty, profit-driven, and frankly beneath the standards I expect from a national brand.

I urge you to reconsider this policy immediately. A simple cup of water should not be a point of contention between a customer and a cashier. If Taco Bell values its customers, it should demonstrate that by offering basic amenities without nickel-and-diming those who walk through its doors.

Until this issue is addressed, I will be taking my business elsewhere—and encouraging others to do the same.

Sincerely,
Kevin Johnston

I went through the drive thru for lunch. The old lady around 11:00am was very rude slammed the window in my face the threw my change at me because I asked her what my total was again so I had to ask for a manager she was highly upset then start running her mouth behind the manager GM of the store. If u can’t handle customers why are u working in customer service?
