The husband and I were skeptical to eat here given the reviews, but this restaurant brings back fond childhood memories for my husband so we decided it was worth a shot. The parking lot IS in rough shape. The building is old but not about to fall down (like one reviewer stated). The interior dining area IS clean. The service was good. The woman who took our order and brought our food was professional. The food was not any greasier than fried fish or chicken would be expected to be. Food was delicious. Our 4 year old ate almost everything she had and kept saying yummmmm. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the bathroom was nasty and smelled HORRIBLE. Air fresheners, steady cleaning throughout day and fans are much needed.

I love this food but disappointment was on the menu tonight. I ordered 2 pc fish combo with extra fish green beans Cole slaw and cheese cake. I didn’t get my extra fish. I didn’t get plastic ware to eat my sides with.

The general manager is rude and nasty as well as the rest of the staff! I went there on a Saturday and because I asked if she could get a whole bowl she got mad and threw my food away after I said I wanted my money back! If u go here to the long John silvers on Hampton be careful when u go ! Good luck !

My daughter and I drive 20 minute from Illinois to get some food. When we arrived to the drive thru for service. First all the menu board needs to check could barely hear but the food was hot and good and fresh. I fell that this company need to move back to Illinois so that I don’t have to drive to fine one in St. Louis Mo. This one was close that I went there so I could get back home.

The location is always closed early or employees are outside cleaning their cars while you’re waiting at the drive-thru. I placed an order online for Pick Up in December. The store was closed when I got there, it took over two weeks to hear back about a refund. And they sent a five dollar off coupon for my next order, but did not refund the entire order. (more than $5) A week has went by and I still have not heard back from them.

The lady in the microphone kept saying she couldn’t hear me and I’m screaming they need a new microphone obviously I can barely hear her as well she was rude. The food was absolutely disgusting it was nothing but Greece. I couldn’t eat it and the waffle fries are not that good and they’re not fresh absolutely disgusting pure grease do not eat this there is no chicken or fish and it’s nothing but grease it was disgusting you can watch the grease just run out of the piece of fish unbelievably disgusting.

Just ordered platter from uber eats and there was no shrimp . We reached home and saw we tried to call but they would not pick the call. They picked up once said hello 2times and just hungup and when i tried to call again they didnt pickup. Food was decent but paying 30$ for the food and not getting what we ordered, it was a preety bad experience.

I’ve tried getting food hear twice. They don’t greet u at the drive through speaker. And if they finally do. He’s mumbling… and even with no body there it took Forever! I had to leave without my food. I guess to eat here u must have all day to do so. Or be special some how?
