Horrible the food was desgisting when I ordered my potato and cheese taco their was NO POTATOS INSIDE and it was so bad and the Pepsi tasted so bad because apparently the fountain is broken and it was mixed with Baja blast so It was horriable and the service was even worse because the Pearson in the front was so rude and tired and acted like that I just growed 3 heads and hated me so much like he had some beef with me,the only thing that was OK was that. Is was a little bit clean and why it is only 2 stars is because it was so empty like it was haunted

Absolute trash…it’s fast food so there’s not much of an expectation to begin with. When we pulled up tonight we were informed they were out of everything except for beef…they said we are out of chicken, steak, etc…crazy that whoever said that doesn’t know that steak and beef are the same thing. I understand you may not be Gordon Ramsey but come on, seriously?? Then as we were being told they were out of everything some guy came on the speaker as a second voice to loudly and rudely reiterate what we were being told. We ordered 3 crunchy ground beef tacos, a classic stacker, and a soft taco. When we pulled up tonight the drive-thru we saw what I can only describe as sheer pandemonium. Employees running around nobody knows what’s going on. We asked to speak to the guy who was rude in the speaker. Only one guy approached who looks like he just rolled out of bed. Rude as hell, and nobody knows what’s going on. Great job Taco Bell…you have achieved the status of absolute trash in every way possible. By the way they messed up our whole order absolutely nothing was right. No point in ever going back great job y’all!

This location NEVER gets my order right anymore. And I don’t order customized items, I just order them as they are SUPPOSED to come. Grande Nachos ordered straight off the menu, got home and there’s no sour cream, no guac, no pico, no shredded cheese. Just the chips, meat, and cheese sauce. Literally like more than half of what I paid for is not here. Side of guac for over a dollar? It’s a tiny cup, less than half full. Last time, my Nachos Bell Grande didn’t have sour cream or pico, and I didn’t even get the (half portion) of guac that I ordered and paid for. People keep telling me to stop going there, but I just keep giving them chances. I admit – it makes me the stupid one.

Placed order in app at 11pm. In drive through for an hour Get to screen/speaker at 1148, get recording they’re closed even though still taking and serving customers. Get to window, see my food on counter. Nobody comes to window. They turn off lights at 1158pm. Will not refund. I’m to to go back to location to get meal replaced. Location is 40 minutes away. Horrible service. Horrible response.

I ordered 1 soft taco supreme, and 1 regular soft taco. They gave me 2 taco supreme. When I told the young, short white girl at the register she rolled her eyes. Another girl hands me a bag with 2 hard tacos. I said this isn’t correct, she walked away. I told the register girl this isn’t correct, she snatched the bag and slammed it in the trash can. The other girl made the soft taco but over stuffed it on purpose. There were spilled drinks on the floor. My wife held the door for a young male employee bringing in the trash can, of course no thank you followed. This was my kids first time at a Taco Bell, great experience. We won’t be back.

Rude staff and poor customer service. There’s no reason to treat customers with disrespect. The young girl at the drive thru window this evening was extremely rude to my husband and daughter. I spoke with the GM of this location tellinf her that customer service matters, and this location seriously needs improvement in how they speak to customers.

Every single person working here on August 10th, 2025 between the hours of 8pm-10pm should be fired, effective immediately. We placed an Uber Eats order from them at 8pm and argued back and forth with Uber stating that Uber drivers were being reassigned rapidly after arriving at Taco Bell. After nearly 1.5 hours of our food never being picked up. Uber graciously refunded our order. We decide to go order our food in person. Terrible idea, we should have gone elsewhere and spent our money wiser. DO NOT COME HERE.
Not only was every single employee on this date and within this time unprofessional and wildly irresponsible. But some were yelling profanities at the top of their lungs in an aggressive manner at customers using the public restroom. All while the manager was eating off to the side and allowing all of this to happen. Food delivery drivers show up one after the next looking for an order, while the employees laughed and told the drivers those orders didn’t exist. We WATCH the employees wait until the drivers leave and they pull the bags up and start eating the orders. LIARS AND THIEVES work here. This location needs to be completely restaffed and watched closely by the franchise owner. An incredible amount of money is being stolen and wasted by the employees. To top it off, after receiving our order, we asked if all of it was accounted for and the employee rolled his eyes and walked away from us. We get in the car to find everything cold… none of the sauces in the bag, half of our taco orders missing sour cream (we ordered all supremes) and the quesadillas were missing all their sauces inside. A complete waste of time, energy and money. Will never come back and neither should you. Give your money, time and energy to other restaurants in the area. These people don’t deserve your funding and the franchise owner needs to take accountability and action.

Worst taco bell ever. The night staff should be fired. Today we door dashed 3 tacos and 2 burritos. Two of the tacos werent included, the one that was had no lettuce or cheese. Just ground beef in a shell.
The two “burritos”, the burrito supreme had no ingredients in it beyond red sauce. No meat, no beans, nothing but a ladle of red sauce. The other 5 layer burrito had no 5th layer, no extra beef. Nothing. Was basically a soft taco. These were both ordered with extra beef, and the works.
No quality control. No care for customers or their time or money. Going to be a long time until I waste my time with a taco bell again.
