So… I don’t know if the Taco Bell is under new management or what… But I literally just had the best experience of my life regarding fast food. They were nice, prompt, enthusiastic, super friendly… My food was organized in my bag and so fresh. I was given utensils. I got a piece of paper that said if I was dissatisfied, I can call a number and get some help. I am very confused because it was so awesome. Maybe it was because I went at 5:30 instead of 9:00…. I don’t know but yes Taco Bell you did me so well today.

Please improve the quality of service and screening process for hiring. After a long 14 hour day of work, seeking comfort food. I was rudely greeted with “you need to wait a minute” before I even said hello. From there, the lady came back and said “yeah what do you want” no exaggeration. From there I kindly asked how it was going, asked for my order, thanked them and pulled up to the window. I’ve ordered from this location maybe 2-3 times since the past experience that lead to leave a 1star review. When I pulled up to window, paid, I asked “could I get a few fire and Diablo sauce “ the guy responded “yeah I heard you the first time, I have a headset too” and then slammed the service window. From there no problem, he’s having a bad day, I’m hungry. I proceed to get home, take my shoes off and try to enjoy some comfort food only to be greeted with the worst made crunch wrap supreme I have seen in the 10 years I’ve been ordering them. Absolutely unbelievable, and the last time I will ever go to this location. Really and completely undeserved rude service, careless food that just looks like disrespect in a wrapper. I love Crunchwrap’s, I love Taco Bell on a bad day. But this way just so absurd, I really hope this location simply closes down because it’s clearly bringing absolutely no body in the neighbourhood happiness.

Didnt us a total of 4 items, including the free taco which was given to the lady before me in front of my face. Don’t know how they did this unless considering it was just me, my brother, and one other person. Didnt notice until we got home since our boxes were handed to us as loose items in a bag. Just go up Hull Street to the other taco bell, don’t waste your time and money.

We decided to stop in for a quick dinner last night. We went in and ordered on the app. The app said my card was declined, but the price came off the card. The order didn’t go through either. The manager was super nice and super helpful in putting our order into the system and letting us have our dinner. We experienced great customer service at this location! The food was delicious as well!

Waited almost an hour in the drive thru. They only had 2 workers, but because it was 8pm I didn’t have to rush, so I didn’t mind waiting for my yummy, well put together Mexican pizza! Had it been earlier in the day with that wait I definitely would have left as others did. The drive thru served 2 cars at a time

Just went to taco bell and this nasty old lady was so rude and rushing me trough my order and shaking my drinks in my face as I put my card away and ended my order before I could get my last one in and didn’t tell me updated price. After getting the food because scared she would or did spit in it I asked her if she was the manger and as being a manger of a other store and being younger than her still no that is no way to treat a customer and she tried to slam the window then got all mad and said you should not be coming this late and I work in a food place so i know how annoying it is to have to make food so close to closing but for her to be this rude and older and not know her place. as customers are right and you serve to last minute.
