Drive Thru Employee was very polite, we received our drinks & was asked to pull up to wait for food. Approximately 10 minutes later our food was brought out. Employee apologized for the wait & advised food was just sitting on counter in bag, because nobody knew where the order was supposed to go. Fries were cold, burgers were made to order. I will give them another shot & see if it was just a bad night

Right now if I could give a zero I would. My complete order was wrong. First of all I order diet coke because I am DIABETIC. Giving me a regular coke can mess me up bad & I have had to toss a few drinks from here because of it, including today. But what I am most upset about was my whopper today. I ordered a whopper w cheese & no lettuce. I got home & opened my meal and discovered that I had only a bun, dried out patty & a ton of lettuce. No sauce, no other whopper ingredients, nothing. Just a plain burger with lettuce. Why would I pay for a whopper only for that?!?! Absolutely disgusting, & I was looking forward to that whopper too.

Never had an issue with breakfast here . Pulled up 2 ladies outside smoking . I pulled up and the lady continued to smoke her cigarette and I asked if anybody was taking order and she told me no they weren’t . . Not sure why ! THEY HAVE POWER

I came to this location to pick up a mobile order on Tuesday and the ladies working the drive though were some of the kindest employees I have seen at a fast food chain. My food was ready quickly and was hot. I will definitely be going to BK in Richland more often!
