In the drive thru ordering both the lady and the man at both windows were friendly. We get our food and drive away getting into the walmart parking lot I realized we had 1 burger missing. We went back thru the drive thru only to be yelled at by someone I assumed was the manager saying “I put that burger in the bag” we pull to the 2nd window and this lady yells at us saying she needs both of our bags back… then the lady behind her hands her a burger, she gave it to us then immediately walked away leaving the window wide open. She treated us like we were trying to steal from her. On top of that our fries looked like they were cooked in OLD oil. Update to add.. approx 3 hours after I made this post, poured my drink out to throw the cup away and found MOLD. It was in my daughter’s cup to! ($44.11 for nasty fries, moldy drinks and a lady with a very nasty attitude)

This location is more focused on having you to pull forward to maintain a good drive thru time! My order was incorrect. They gave my nuggets to the car that was pulled up in front of me. As I am waiting, I noticed I did not have my drink so I backed up to the window. I advised the lady that I was missing my drink. The manager comes over and asked me “You don’t have a drink?” I said, “I told this other lady that I didn’t get a drink, would you like to search my car?” She made me feel like I was trying to get an extra drink. I waited for nuggets that were like warm when I got them. I get home to open my bag to see that my fries were only half full. I guess they tried to split the fries between the two cars that were waiting as the manager was yelling “we are waiting on fries.” The service was awful. I paid $15 for a less than good meal.

This place is horrible. I ordered a bacon king Sunday morning right before they closed and they told me that my food was coming up off the boiler and a couple bites in this is what I see. This is sick and disgusting. I’ve tried reaching out to contact but the phone is going to voicemail.

They charge for barbecue sauce. .33 per small container. I like it with fries over ketchup. You would think if we were valued Customers they would gladly give you the sauce of your choice. Update… stopped by again for a second chance and paid the fee for the barbecue sauce. This time they didn’t put it in the bag and also failed to put bacon on a burger I paid $1.20 extra for. There is no quality control at this place.

This place serves cold food to the guest at 11:00am during the day. When you walk up to the counter to order your food and ask for things, you get an eye roll. Ummm, excuse me, I did not choose the job for you! You chose it! I will not be returning to this place!

This place was dirty there were pills on the ground a weird mystery substance and the bread was moldy the fries were cold and the drinks were not good and they were hot and the service took so long and the employees is so rude and then the manager came in and poured dr. Pepper on my head leaving me sticky and I got food poisoning.
