You guys really need to train everyone better on how to get all the items in the bag. Perhaps I’m a bit to blame for not checking through every single little item I ordered, but I really shouldn’t have to. We now have a 50% percent chance of getting what we paid for, and that’s unacceptable. The staff is generally polite, the place is usually pretty clean, but the order accuracy takes away from either of those things. Get it together!

Always good for a quick bite. Service is usually very fast at the drive thru…but the line can get long at crunch times if folks take a while to peruse the menu before ordering. However, food arrives quickly when you get to the window.

Slow, rude, disinterested in any type of customer service or interaction. Excited for the robots to replace these workers, honestly. Couldn’t even place an order they were so unfocused on any kind of general courtesy or common decency expected of a food service establishment. People were placing their orders on the kiosk and still getting incorrect orders, (missed 2 small drinks and cinnamon twists in a woman’s order) which led me to walk out. No one greeted customers or anything, can’t expect anyone but the desperate to tolerate this nonsense.

Nice friendly staff. Much nicer then the dump of KFC/Taco Bell combo store down the road a few miles. Pretty easy on and off from RT 1 and RT 95. Quick, tasty Mexican. I think they’re putting less sauce in their packets though, I used to use only one packet for taco oh, but now I have to use 2 and it seems to be about the same amount. Come on Taco Bell don’t skimp!

Drive thru: I’m told there is no beef but chicken and steak are available. Order a #3 combo. Steak taco supreme. Chicken burrito supreme.
Taco meat tasted like a beef stew. Salty and pretty nasty.
Burrito didn’t have any chicken in it. None.

The restaurant was clean and the brief interaction with staff was good. Despite it being lunchtime, there was no one taking orders so ordering at the kiosk was the only option. They seemed to have plenty of staff and weren’t overly busy, but the food was definitely slapped together. $7 for a Mexican pizza should not come out looking like pictured. The tacos were equally slapped together. For some reason, it still took a good while before it came out and then the tray was placed on the counter, name called and left, which would be fine except then I had to shout to ask for my drink cup. There are a ton if food options in the area. Next time, I’ll choose one of the others. When leaving, I also had to wait for someone in the drive-thru to let me back out because the drive-through lane blocks other parking if there’s a line.

I never get enough sauce, but today I got a Nacho Supreme, and all my chips were crumbs. There was nothing supreme about them. I wish people would fix the good like they would fix their own food. There is no way you would fix your own food and make it look like this. This is ridiculous.
