The food has a good taste, good amount of meat in the soft tacos, good variety in their menu, staff very friendly, helpful and professional in their activities. The only problem that I really find, and not the staff fault, is that is so popular, that at rush hour, you need to wait a little longer than usual for your food. But because everything is prepared fresh, well, I don’t mind to wait.

I order at the drive through. Although the person getting the order is always friendly, the order is often wrong and the size of items on the menu varies greatly depending on who is making the food. I’ve also noticed that most of the women wear blue gloves while preparing the food, but the men are almost always using their bare hands to prepare the food. I see them touching the fridge doors, wiping their faces bc of sweat etc. Would be nice if they would take care and wear the food safety gloves and the food was more consistent. I really want to support this business, but when orders are frequently incorrect, it’s quite frustrating especially when the prices are as they are..

I wanna gate-keep this place, but I’m afraid if I don’t leave my honest 5 stars, this place will shut down. The food is high quality and priced well. I think the name makes it obvious that they are not your shining example of “authentic,” but that term is subjective anyway.

My first time coming to this metro location, and the girl misheard my order over the drive thru order speaker.. I wanted one order of traditional flautas, somehow I got 4 tacos I was wondering why it cost so much.. so I went in to the establishment (instead of driving around the drive thru again) and explained the situation. Expecting to walk out with the 4 tacos still in hand, frustrated… I was suprised … the girl gave me back the $7 or so that I had overpaid, and was given my flautas.. cooked to perfection
