I set at the drive-thru for almost 2 minutes. No one ever answered pulled up to the window and then they tell me that they cannot take my order at the window to park and come inside. Kind of defeats the purpose of the drive-thru. Very poor customer service at the Luray, VA Taco Bell.

We eat here weekly or so. The staff are friendly and I appreciate their work ethics. I met the general manager yesterday, Tara, and she was very helpful and friendly. I’m more likely to go inside instead of drive thru after yesterday’s good encounter. Thank you!
