It was late night. Most of the restaurant was closed. Their drive through was open till 1 in the morning. So stopped by. Friday and Saturday they even stay open later, up to 2 pm. Food was fresh and good.

Food was the worst Taco Bell meal I’ve ever had. No one was taking orders so you had to use the machine in the lobby, only two machines and one was broken. There was one young man working Sunday evening during our stop that was working very hard. The other employees were goofing off or just being rude.
The dining area was filthy and the kitchen area was also filthy, food and paper all over the floor. Sauce station had several spots empty and trash all over the drink station. I would never stop here again.
My daughter and I waited for over 15 minutes for our food, we were missing things, it was cold and the chicken quesadilla wasn’t even cut up in slices. The chalupas were old and stale. Very disappointed for the price we paid for that meal.

Very unfortunate situation. Painful to be honest. Slow is an understatement. I’ll be generous and say I only waited 25 minutes for my food (it was longer). I lost track of how many drive through customers pulled in, ordered, were served, and left. I was there so long a guy came through the driver through. Got his order, left, drove to his house (no idea where that was), and came back because his order was wrong!!! Are you kidding me? I will not give it time and try again in the future. This Taco Bell will no longer get my business. I asked for a refund after waiting the 25+ minutes, then, wow that changed things. They acted like they were in a hurry and would get it. All that said, I get my order and it’s wrong. I’ll share my story, would hate someone else to experience the same thing.

This is as the best taco beep experience I have ever had. And k have probably gone at least 6 or 7 hundred times. We went there and ever since we walked in we felt like a part of the team. They gave us all the sauces we could have ever asked for (of course we asked for a reasonable amount). The stacker was expertly made.

Waited at least 4 minutes for a cashier and nobody acknowledged us, so finally just did the self order kiosk. Ordered a Mexican pizza, drink, tacos, and burrito. Girl gave us 2 large cups (which was nice but only ordered one). Then we sat and waited. Waited for 28 minutes for FAST food!! Saw one guy go out for a 4 minute smoke. Then came back in and started the Mexican pizza like 24 minutes since order. Everyone was waiting an excessive amount of time. The pizza was made on the wrong shell so super hard. The burrito had sour cream in it which doesn’t usually. Another customer left because on lunch break and we took his bag to him at work when came out 20-25 minutes from order. Complete waste of time for half screwed up food.

Placed an online order with 45 minutes heads up. It took them an additional half hour after i showed up and they still forgot items. Maybe 3 employees in the back and several issues with kiosks orders and other customers while i was there. Barely any ingredients in the tortilla. I could not recomend this place less.

These last few months the employees have been absolutely rude, and the food quality has been rapidly decreasing as well. My girlfriend and I rarely ever get our orders right, we’ve gotten tacos that have very little to no meat, or filling in general. This used to be one of our fave fast food places to go to but this location has just become a massive disappointment. We actually just went to this location and the employee working the drive though scoffed at my partner when we pulled up and we found that not only did my partner not get her taco supremes that she ordered, the last one had almost nothing. All three were really just absolutely pathetic. The pics are of the taco that had extremely little in it.
