I always hesitate to come to this Taco Bell , but it’s the closest one to me. I regret it every time I look at my food. Like could they atleast make it look appetizing? Crazy thing is , is that IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL!!!. And STILL served my food like this. Smh what a disgrace. If I could give 0 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend coming here.

This is by far the worst taco bell i’ve been to. The last 3 visits they have gotten my order wrong in several different ways and spilled a drink on my arm. This last visit i ordered the 3 crunchy taco supreme. Well they weren’t supreme. Upon going in to get it corrected i was met with sighs and eye rolls when they realize i’m there to correct a mistake on their end. Not only was i treated like a bother and a problem. But i was made to pay the difference when it was their fault to begin with.

So in short this taco bell will mess up your order numerous times and when you go to get what you actually paid for, you’re treated like a problem and a bother. To then, be told to pay for their mistakes. I’m done with this taco bell and if i can, this post will stop other people from wasting their money here.

I stopped in today after a long, exhausting day and honestly was just expecting the usual fast-food experience ; quick, basic service, nothing special. Aries completely changed that.
He was incredibly attentive with my order, made sure everything was right, and was just genuinely pleasant to talk to. It might seem like a small thing, but his attitude and kindness actually turned my whole mood around. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and treating people well, not just rushing them through the line.
Customer service like that really stands out, especially these days. Aries made what could’ve been just another stop feel like a positive, human interaction, and I really appreciate it. Taco Bell is lucky to have him.

Today at 2:40pm, enter the Taco Bell at 1680 E. Market and to may surprise the so he said General Manager, young dark sin male personal, told me I have to use the quiost, can’t even spelling it, because he did not want to use the register. Since I said , I would like for him to take my order using the register, he again told me that I have to use the quiost. I answered that I don’t have to , I would like to use the register and he answered have a nice day. . So I decided to indeed have a nice day. This was a rude moment for me. Not nice general manager at all. Poor customer service from his part. Unfortunately did not ask for his name, but I am sure you know whom I am speaking about. So sad being this is my first time sending a review.

I got a grilled stuffed steak burrito and it came with hamburger no steak, service was awful and the atmosphere of the place was horrible. Staff cursing left and right and no manager around, not following health codes. And my nacho fries came half full with no nacho sauce after specifically asking for it.

This restaurant was filthy. Hair on the soda machine, every table was dirty. The floors were disgusting. The soft drinks we ordered were out, came out clear from the machine, only when we asked did they say the Dr. Pepper and root beer were unavailable. What a shame because the restaurant looks new and nicely updated but our experience felt gross. My daughter says her food was good but I have lost my appetite.

Brody is the best drive thru guy in the world. My house was on fire and my 2 cats were inside. He fearlessly jumped inside and found both of them and brought each of them out without a scratch. All while getting me a delicious beefy five layer burrito with extra fire sauce. I will never forget you for all you’ve done for me.

Went for dinner yesterday. The service was horrible, I counted 5 people in the back and my food took 20 minutes. The staff completely ignored us when we stood at the counter to ask for our drink cups.

The food was disgusting. The steak was burnt and the chicken was dry. The beans on the chips were so dry, they literally crumbled. It looked like the food had been setting out since they opened.

A woman came in after I got my food with her drive thru order that had soft shell tocas with literally nothing on them. Just tortilla and nothing else.

When I asked for a manager, the girl got a man from the back who said call back next week. The names on the wall.

This Taco Bell is the worst location every time I order from them through Uber eats I request sauce and they never put it in the bag. This is the third time it has happened. I mean how hard is it to put a couple sauce in the bag I mean really come on I won’t be ordering from here anymore
