NOT a fast food establishment. Came in at 9pm and there was no line several people working but took several minutes for someone to take my order.
After taking my order it took so long to fill my order that I had to leave and go to the gas station next door to pick up my family. By the time I loaded up two children and got back my order was just then coming out.
Look at the photo for myself but I believe they got my order wrong. I ordered a steak bowl with extra meat, charged for extra meat but to me it was just one serving.
Not sure what’s going on plenty of people at work there, only saw one drive through car which was taken care of immediately while I stared and waited.
Definitely don’t recommend this Taco Bell unless you have lots of time to waste.
And definitely don’t bother going inside you will be left waiting.
On the positive side the food was hot and seemed on par with typical Taco Bell food standards.

if I could give this place a zero star I would! Mary G was the cashier that night after the app and the kiosks were down. I had a simple question about if I was able to order a customized cravings box in store after the app was down. She rudely gestured to the menu behind her and rolled her eyes. After I asked if I was able to customize my box, she’s said everything was made to order. After taking that as a yes, I was able to customize, I started to order but she rudely interrupted me spoke to me like I was stupid and that they did not allow build your own in store after I thought she just implied that. I then asked if I could get a normal combo meal and replace a hard taco for a soft taco. She said yes, TWICE, and I still did not get my soft taco. Mary G was also very rude and impatient to other customers in the establishment! Do NOT go here if you want taco bell, they were taco HELL! #Chud

We went around 8 pm waited for 20 mins by drive through to just place the order my baby was crying i placed the order online while still waiting in drive through line i placed the order to the wrong location. The guy was like go there i said will you please take my new order her since i waited 25 min with my baby crying he is like not go back to line i said I already waited 20 mins it will be another 20 to 40 mins he said either you move or i am calling the police he walked away without listening to any another word he called the police. Unfortunately the police officer was extremely rude too and he said you should leave without hearing the whole conversation he also saw my baby was crying in the back and acted like I committed a crime. I feel so bad and disappointed drove to another location.

Just left this “establishment”..ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, 1 doritos locos taco and 2 soft shell tacos…no tomatoes…
and when I got home to eat my lunch, I see 2 SUPPREME chalupas and 1 hard shell supreme taco which was wrapped in a doritos locos wrapper. And all 3 tacos had tomatoes and sour cream. I specifically said not supreme whenever they asked.

Place is clean. But service not so good. Tacos are almost empty. It seems that they are trying to save meat or ingredients and chalupas and tacos have barely chicken or meat. Staff ignore you when you want to ask something

I personally have had nothing but great experiences at this Taco Bell since it opened. Honestly hardly ever have issues with Taco Bell’s. This one the people have been very nice and helpful. Even asked me how my app has been working for me and asked for feedback. That’s never happened! Great work everyone

The Sad part about this post is that this Taco Bell is the only close one in this neighborhood. So today Saturday 5th of October around 7:30PM my family decided to eat Taco Bell ( Biggest regret) to order from this place! Once I walk in and decided to check my order to make sure my food was done correctly, on the process of doing this one of the workers was given me a major stared down I believe it was the manager because once I told her that one of my tacos was done wrong and I ask her twice to see if they can redo it she didn’t answer me until I ask the third time. Her answer was “next time make sure to check your order” and ask someone else to redo my food. I thought this place was going to be great but that is not the case and for this Taco Bell to succeed they need to change their customer service or rehire new people that cares where they work. Not just for a paycheck!!

The overnight lady, I believe her name is Danielle, basically cussed us out when we simply asked to refund or replace our order. The sour cream on the tacos tasted spoiled and she accused us of lying stating she had it earlier and it tasted fine. All we asked for was new tacos without sour cream. She was very confrontational and slammed the windows in our faces 3 times and we still got sour cream on our new order. She’s a joke and the customer service was terrible. I understand why they put her on the overnight shift.
