Stopped in here to get some Tacos since I was at the car wash next door. Since it was in the early afternoon there were no customers in the restaurant at the time but at the drive thru. The staff was friendly and they were quick, we were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The seating area was clean with no trays or trash on the tables or floor.

For the most part the food is good but lately it seems like they’ve been skimping on sauces etc but could be worse.
Employees are always nice to us, super fast and I’ve never had to pull up/off, turn around because of a mess up etc very fast but you’re going to end up waiting if you go during certain hours/time
Edit: they are always messing up my orders and the prices aren’t worth most of what you’re getting anymore.

I ate in with my wife. In Fredericksburg, I would usually order hard tacos, so I ordered them here. I was lucky to get any filling in the six tacos. When you pay for a taco, you should get a stuffed taco shell. I was very disappointed. I guess if I want good tacos, I’ll have to go back to Fred.

The manager on shift (the cashier name on the receipt was “Blessings”) was absolutely outstanding. We had two very long orders and she remained patient and understanding the entire time. Did not make neither I or the other person feel rushed in anyway. She had no idea that we were both having a rough day and was a beautiful ray of sun shine, making us laugh. Since the two of us had long orders it was taking some time and a car behind us drove out of line and up to the window. We both immediately felt guilty for taking so long and she was quick to reassure us that it was not a problem. That was the most pleasant experience at any Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant I’ve been to. She got our order perfect the first time around and it came out so quickly we were worried it would be missing some thing, much to our surprise it was spot on! Not a single thing wrong with the order. I commend the kitchen staff as well. I will continue to go to this Taco Bell only, for her and her presence. I will never forget her, that is how much of an impression she left!!

Had lunch here today; ordered @ the idiotic kiosk which took almost ten minutes, and had to get someone from behind the counter to straighten out the mess, but staff was very cheerful and helpful. The employees don’t seem to like the self serve kiosks either, because they have to stop what they are doing and come into the lobby to help the customers. These kiosks are a bad, bad idea. Taco Bell is not doing themselves a favor by installing them when it takes longer for the customer and the employees to use them. Much faster to place your order with a human at the counter. Take those damned things out and go back to human interaction.

Nacho Bellgrande …. Where’s the BEEF?!?! The beans were just dumped to one side.
My Burrito Supreme was also a Sham! Close to a glorified Bean Burrito with the extra “Supreme” fixin at the bottom. Burrito Supreme are usually made with a larger cooked tortilla too. Disappointed. I blame their training cuz its a fairly New Taco Bell.
PS… we parked across to check our order so in case yr wondering, the nachos didn’t get tossed. That is how they were served. ♀️ ♀️

The service is very slow. I ordered the new chicken nuggets and they were hard as rock and they were expensive. I wouldn’t mind paying for them if they were good I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anybody.
