I recently started going to this Subway more often and i’m disappointed that many people don’t go enough. I love the environment, the workers are very understanding and helpful when making your order. They keep it clean and overall value their customers. I would recommend this specific subway over any other!

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the 19th around 2 pm and there must of been a late lunch rush because I sat in the drive through for a couple minutes. After Kasey told me it would be a few minuts he came over the speaker apologized and took my order. He was great,very nice and kind. He apologized again and even gave me a cookie for my wait. My sandwich was amazing.

The workers do their job appropriately and are the most welcoming, they are very good on understanding and giving their customers preferences! I love how it always clean and very warm especially in cold weather. I definitely would recommend this if you’d like to go somewhere you can feel comfortable and enjoy your food!!

Went to this shop with my elderly grandpa who is a regular customer of theirs – Tuna sandwich every Friday kinda guy. Customer service was FABULOUS! Katie and Kacey were so attentive, making jokes and remembering details about how he likes his tuna sandwich. It made my grandpa’s day and I cannot thank them enough for being such wonderful humans.
Also, sandwiches are always perfect with fresh tuna and bread! Thank you Subway team!!

Make sure you are getting what you pay for. I ordered a 12″ sandwich as a wrap and they tried to give me only 6″ worth of chicken and toppings. When I questioned it, they told me that was what they always do before reluctantly agreeing to remake it.

What is happening at this subway? I’ve eaten from so many subways for years and never had an experience like this. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before my order was taken. One of the 2 employees on lunch rush came to tell me that it’s busy inside, so that’s why they aren’t getting to the drive-through much. Ok… that’s fine I guess. But 20 minutes?
I ordered a 6inch tuna sandwich with 4 veggies and cheese. I didn’t order it toasted. The bread was crusty, not much tuna itself, missed the lettuce. The bread completely closed around the toppings…
And don’t get me started on the $10 price tag for a 6 inch tuna sammy. Oh yeah.. and as I was driving away, saw their big reader board advertising 10% off all drive through orders.
Why have a drive through if you barely acknowledge the customers that use it, much less promote it?
Sad lunch.

I went thru the drive thru sat there for 5 mins no one answered. Went to leave thinking they were closed but as I pulled out saw her mopping floor so went back thru thinking she would notice us but no. Once again no answer. Handed my horn no answer. Drove up to window and honked my horn. Finally she comes to window place my order. When we get home to eat they had burnt my sandwich so much so that the paper had scorched marked and was burnt into my sandwich.
