The quality control here needs work. My tacos were served broken, making them difficult to eat. To make matters worse, the staff was surprisingly difficult when I requested extra sour cream. I’d love to see this establishment focus more on the quality of the food being sent out than on gatekeeping condiments.

Went through drive thru not knowing exactly what I wanted. I had a lot of questions, changes, and special request. I wasn’t trying to make things difficult but the young lady who waited until on me had the best customer service I have ever dealt with. She helped me quickly and calmly and I appreciate her kindness. Thank you WILLOW . And on top of the exceptional customer service, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Food is not good it was stuck to wrapper and not hot. Getting into parking lot is not easy. Oh you might want to put napkins in your box meals. Customer service was good.

Refused to provide a cup of ice, not even for a price. I had to argue of what their “cheapest” liquid was because of it, just so I can get a cup. Employees informed me management told them not to. If this store cannot afford cups then I question what else they cutting back on, Management is losing customer trust.

Hopefully they’re just working out the kinks but I’ve gone through the drive-thru several times now and I didn’t get the sauce I asked for…ordered a mexican pizza and didn’t get any silverware and both times no napkins either. The quality of the food is hit or miss so far but I’m hoping that they’ll get better as more time goes by. The cost is such that you want the quality to be at it’s best possible. Will amend my review when things get better

Ordered a pretty complex order with a load of changes tonight. Everything was spot on. Been 4 times now and they haven’t missed yet. Friendly staff. Very customizable menu. Lighting speed. 10/10 would recommend. Mobile app is great too!
