I went to this Starbucks regularly, I would say multiple times a week. I recently went and asked for a large white mocha with no ice because I was not going to drink it right then and didn’t want it watered down. The barista proceeded to hand me a large cup half full and told me since I didn’t get ice that he couldn’t fill it all the way. This didn’t make sense to me because I paid for a large drink, it doesn’t matter if I ordered ice or not. I have not been back since and don’t plan on it. I know go to 7brews and the size portions are way better, and cheaper!

And this time I went for some reason they had a bit of an attitude and spilt a hot drink on me it seemed pretty intentional since the lid was not attached. I went back today been over a month. Jacob and Abby are the best! Our drinks are always spot on. Even on busy days they are positive and welcoming. I appreciate the suggestions of new drinks to try. We tried the fireworks flavor and it was great. You can tell they enjoy their job and make the place better. Thank you!

I just went through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Everything was fine from the gentlemen greeting me on the headset, but the lady who handed me my drink should smile. I greeted her with good morning and thank you, but she just stared at me awkwardly and didn’t say anything.
