I went in here Friday, Dec 12th at 8:20pm. Anthony was working this shift. He was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the area in a long, long time. Direct eye contact, kind voice and his welcoming presence meant the world to me. I really needed that moment and I cannot thank him enough for just making me feel seen. It’s a cold world out here and he was so pleasant. Thank you Anthony for being an awesome human being.

Asked a girl for help because system was not responding; she got mad and got an attitude just because of that and was asking me ARE YOU SURE!???
I told her that she shouldn’t be on her phone and she was supposed to help the customers and she said that SHE WAS NOT EVEN GONNA MARRY ME TO TREAT ME RIGHT. I just turned around and left the place without eating anything. Im disable and it’s hard for me to go all around places this is the near to my house but people really rude over here

App wouldn’t load my free rewards. Asked in the drive through to apply them, drive through employee said no more orders even though they’re open for another hour. Smiled in my face about it. Disappointed.

Waited 15 minutes for my order, and when I asked for an update, the manager—Hossey—responded with complete disrespect, saying, “We don’t know how long it’ll take, you can cancel if you want.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in a managerial position. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. It’s shocking that someone like him was even hired. This kind of attitude drives customers away.
