The good: Food was well plated and presented. Tasted as it should and appeared to be made from fresh, quality ingredients.
Service was prompt and friendly.
The Not So Good: Portions seemed a bit on the slim side. Although I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in a few months, I’ve ordered ton of Cantina Bowls before. Either the other locations I’ve gone too have been extremely generous and this spot not so much, or something else. Hard to say. But I felt a bit let down.
Most tables appeared cleaned but a few could have used a wipe down. The floor could have used a sweeping. It didn’t appear busy so I’m not sure why this wasn’t being done.

They made me buy a $3 water for my daughter instead of letting her have a free water cup like most other restaurants, including other Taco Bells. I also stood at the register for 5 minutes before any employee even acknowledged me, even though there were 5-6 employees within 10 feet of me who could clearly see me waiting. When I got my food, they didn’t even bother to give me my drink.

They always take forever, will make you late on your lunch break. Cannot even get in and out of the drive through line in 30min. Taco Bell has the healthiest eats for the fast food around this area and when you only have 30min for lunch you would expect quicker service. I have to continue going here because it’s my only optiob but they need to step up their game!!

the service was terrible, we waited forever for our cups and the lady was rude when we asked. The food was incorrect, and they put our 14 tacos, three chalupas and, 2 burritos in one bag even though half of our order was made to be in boxes. none of the tacos were even wrapped nor did they have lettuce.

Ubered food from here. First time and i wont be back. In fact the whole state of maryland sucks. Sepnt 100.00 today on food just to not even get full. Subway makes sandwiches the size of burrittos and taco bell is even worse. Ive seen markers thicker than these tacos. That was with double meat. Where is the meat i guess at arbys. Screw this state.

I know it’s only Taco Bell, not fine dining but our food look like it was literally thrown together and the Cinnabon bites were burnt to the point barely a drop of cream cheese inside. Tasted like they had been fried multiple times, ended up throwing them out. Chalupa’s were over done and on the verge of being burnt as well.
