La Frenzy Steak and Grill is an African restaurant which is family-owned. Created with the vision of crafting delicious African and Southwest American style food with twist. We want to introduce Cochise County to our flavorful world. We take food and the cooking process very seriously for our community. It’s our belief that a great meal is the best way to relieve stress, but should also be an event to enjoy and cherish, whether alone or with others. To us, dining is a whole experience. It is because of the vision, that we work with Chefs who are not only passionate, but give their best in every meal they prepare.

Very great food! Ribeye was juicy, flavorful, and oh so good. Joloff Rice is fragrant and tasty. The Nigerian Puff Puff with African sauce is TO DIE FOR. The spicy sauce and the slight sweetness of the Puff Puff get married in your mouth and the combination is one of THE greatest things I have ever tasted in my life!
They have some interesting and uncommon drink choices. Malta Guinness is delicious, much like a Caribbean Malta, but with a more bitter end note. The Nigerian Champan is a a bit of a luxury, but worth a taste. This drink is made with two types of soda, cucumber, grenadine, and angostura bitters. A sweet delight!
Service does take a little while, but I chalk it up to certain dishes having to made fresh on the spot (puff puff must be made fresh and rested for a while on the spot for best results, etc) and the staff adjusting,as the restaurant is still brand new.
This is a definite change of pace for Douglas that is absolutely worth a shot.
