I have always been a loyal Taco Bell customer. Every visit in the past made me feel valued, like I was supporting a business that cared about me as much as I cared about it. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed that feeling.
When I placed my order, I specifically asked for “light ice” in my drink. Instead, my cup was filled with ice. I politely asked for a refill with the correct order, but instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager yelled at me through the speaker, told me I would have to “speak with security,” and even threatened to call the police on me.
This was deeply upsetting and completely unnecessary. I was not being disrespectful or difficult, I was simply asking for the drink I paid for.
I hope upper management takes this issue seriously. No loyal customer should ever feel threatened or treated this way, especially over something so small and easily fixable. I want to continue supporting Taco Bell, but experiences like this make it very hard.

I order thru Uber eats delivery from the taco bell on dual highway Hagerstown MD. The crunch wrap supreme I ordered was horrible. It was lettuce and tomatoes only no seasoned beef and no nacho cheese sauce. Also Uber eats has horrible customer service!!

Service was quick but indoor seating is under renovation. Hopefully wont take long. Easy access off Dual highway and exiting. Food was hot and tasty. Well put together.

Very bad attention. I work in Dordash and it makes me laugh because when I get to the window they talk to me kindly and when I tell them that I am going for an order from Dordash they already change their character and treat me as if I am going to ask them.

previously gave a good review for this Taco Bell but not anymore. Anytime I come here they don’t hand me my receipt I have to ask for it and I learned the hard way. The past three times they didn’t give me a receipt and they miss items in my order that I paid for, I drive all the way home and realize it and then have to go back well. Today was the last straw. I had to ask for the receipt because they notoriously forget items and I drive back this is over 40 minutes later after I get home and check the order and I ask them for the stuff that’s missing and they get nasty with me and when I get to the window I ask for a new soda even though they gave me a soda and they try to get lippy and say why if I got it and I said I’m not giving my family a soda from like an hour ago. Just give me a new one. I’ll hand it back and I did and the manager was just rude. Never going back to this Taco Bell. I don’t care how convenient it is.
