All we ordered was a large fry and two sauces. They only gave us one sauce, so we had to turn back around and get the other one. On top of that, they only filled in 2/3s of the fry container. Why pay for a large fry if I’m getting the same amount as a medium. It seems to me this McDonalds has no quality control, I should be leaving the drive through knowing I have everything I asked for. When I went inside to get the sauce that they forgot, half of the staff, including the manager, wasn’t working and standing talking in a circle. I wouldn’t consider coming back unless there will be a guarantee that I’m going to leave with my whole order, which is nuts, because that’s the bare minimum.

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The manager, Paola, was rude and unprofessional during my visit. I also observed her treating employees disrespectfully, which created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, I was very concerned about cleanliness issues, including seeing rats in the freezer area. This is unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns. I hope upper management addresses these problems immediately.

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible. The food was disgusting cold, sloppy, and clearly thrown together with zero effort. I’ve never seen a place mess up something so simple this badly.
The management is a complete joke. It feels like the place is run by kids who have no idea what they’re doing. They’re slow, unprofessional, and don’t listen at all. Somehow they got my order wrong three times, even after I corrected them.
Communication was awful. Half the staff barely spoke English, which made ordering frustrating from the start, and instead of trying to fix anything they just laughed and joked around like it was funny. It felt disrespectful and lazy.
To make it worse, the restaurant was dirty and felt unsanitary sticky floors, nasty tables, and just an overall gross vibe. If they can’t even keep the place clean, I don’t trust the food at all.
This location seriously needs new management and proper training. Don’t waste your time or money here go anywhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous, how do you manage to forget 1/3 items we ordered? We have a problem everytime we come here, and today was the last straw. Whoever owns this franchise needs to vet who they hire, because the night crew has a work ethic and attitude that is not worth even minimum wage.

Yamille or whatever her name was was rushing me when i pulled up to order. My phone has had poor service in the south valley today. As I was trying to add rewards i had and add it to pick up. My new car has noise cancelling if windows are up so as i pull up i got my phone out of my purse and opened the app. She was already irritated for some reason. I was undecided what i wanted today and as she entered the code she said all rude a 10pc is that all you want i said no add anonther 10pc. As i pulled up to window i asked her name and said id like to speak to a manager she was like im not giving you my name I am a manager I said as a customer Id like your name im going to speak with a supervisor. She wouldnt give it to me. When I got my order i asked for a supervisor. She gave me the name yamille or something like that. I notified corporate because the supervisor had nothing to say. NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME IN THE DRIVE THRU SO I DONT KNOW WHat her deal was. She is very rude and reading comments about the manager she has already been complained about. For being rude something must be done about her. She is awful for an employee there.

Did a big order and went to curb side. Order one number 2 with a coke. Sausage mcmuffin, an egg mcmuffin and 6 sausage burrito. What I got was a 3sausage mcmuffin and a diet coke, so my sausage and egg was wrong and didn’t even get my egg McMuffin with the Canadian bacon. Try calling no answer.

I was at the drive tru at 1:09 AM I tried to call through the phone. They answer to hang out right away. They don’t even say hi when I asked at the window if the phone is not working, they say no they have a bad attitude. I think I’m not gonna come back because they’re rude. They have one line closed so I’ve been on the drive-through for at least 30 minutes. Bad service bad customer service. My Food was cold and the fries old if I can put Zero stars I will do it
