Im giving 1star because I came to the store I ordered a new item called chips Supreme dip and a mini taco Salad I didn’t realize the Supreme dip came with chips because when I got home there was no chips in the bag so I started eating the dip with a spoon. I really enjoyed the meal so I decided I will order the same meal again but this time with some nachos. When I was placing my same order the youngman said the Supreme dip comes with chips. I said I ordered the same meal the order day I did not have chips. Ok no problem he said After that I paid I looked in my bag and there was no extra chips I said Im serious I would like my extra chips then the manager it became a big deal I ask her to honor the chips I never received the other day. She stated she can’t because sometimes people lie I then felt insulted. Over a 2 dollar item. She ask me for the receipt I said why is that an issue it was a 2 dollar item you owe me that. To shorten this story I never received the chips. She then went on and on I said I will pay for the chip she then said no that I was being disrespectful this situation was about chips that was owed to me. Im so disappointed that This manager treated me as if I was a thief all because I never received what was due to me. SMH!!!

I ordered a combo meal and the Pepsi from the self-serve machine was completely flat, no fizz, no carbonation, just sugar water. I asked the staff if they could replace it with Pepsi from the machine inside, but they refused and told me to just take what I had. Extremely disappointing. A combo meal shouldn’t come with a cup of sugar water !

By far the worst Taco Bell. What I ordered is not what they gave me and that was after repeating my order several times. They said they refunded me but they ended up recharging my card. Don’t go to this Taco Bell. I’ve never gone through a drive-thru that made things so complicated for a simple order.

No sauce in the bag after asking was everything in the bag and she said yes. I should’ve checked and ran their window time up but I was trying to be courteous. Food was thrown together and barely any meat on the items.

A bunch of young latinos running the restaurant. The food is fine, the services has its ups and downs consistently. I ordered online. Went into the restaurant. A long time. I checked in. My food was ready and it was just sitting there waiting for someone to notice that it was mine.

Update: 10th July 2019, I went to this taco bell with my family and I have order Supreme Chalupa Combo. I am pure vegetarian. Therefore, I have replaced beef with beans in my whole order. When I received my order they gave beans on two chalupa. However, beef was added in hard shell taco. Very disappointed and very bad that we trust on restaurant that they will provide food that we ordered. This is can make big problems in our life. I will never visit this Taco Bell and I will also tell my all friends and family to not visit this store. They might not maintain food allergies rules. This is very important for restaurant industry to maintain food making process.

Quality of food is good. However, it took me 30 minuets to order items via drive through. Queue was not moving quickly. It was taking longer than ever.
I am hoping that they should hire more experienced employees to work faster and quality of work. This place does not feel cleaner. They don’t have good interior. I faced issues with soda fountain. Many times they have issues with soda fountain. Soda does not feel sugar or flavour of soda. They have several item eith just one dollar. They named it craving menu. I love their hot and fire sauces. I use at least 2-3 sauces in each item.

The rudest people work here sometimes. And when asked for sauce today, was handed it and some dropped and he couldnt even apologize. Some people are nice but only at night really!
