Ive been frequenting this Taco Bell location since I was a child, and the quality of the food has never waivered… The staff here works extremely hard and they do an amazing job and almost always have the best attitude! I love this location and I think that everyone at this Taco Bell is doing an amazing job! Best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to.

Recently, I had been ordering food to enjoy while on break from classes. However, I saw an elderly man sitting and waiting for his order to be taken, before I came in, while I was in there (and already had my food). The only reason he had his food before I left, is because I was nice enough to take his order rather than the employees doing their job! I kindly explained to the employees that this man had been waiting for about a half hour or more, and that it was a bit unkind to dismiss a customer while you are working. The first employee walked straight past the front counter completely dismissing the man looking for help. The second employee, a large woman, just walked away and filled up her drink… The third employee, a slimmer man, began to understand my frustrations. I tried to ensure him that I meant no disrespect and I understand that when you get busy, it is hard to keep up with customers. However… the place barely had anybody in the lobby or the drive-through, so I was being lenient. He then said “You are a kind woman. Now go take advantage of him and let him take advantage of you.” To remind the readers, this was an elderly man I was helping order food for his wife. I am 18 years old, and still look very young. This made me extremely uncomfortable as all I was trying to do is offer a kind gesture to someone in need of help. I would recommend getting Taco Bell from other locations (as I will do so from now on…), as the employees are incredibly disrespectful.

We were waiting for 20 minutes and nobody answered. There was a 20 car line just waiting thinking place is open as it should have been. The music was still playing, the place appeared to be open but the kitchen lights were off. They were probably hiding in there or left 3 hours before the closing time. Never coming here again! Disgrace!!!

Absolutely horrible! We ordered mobile orders and nobody else was here but us. They made us go around the drive through 3 times! They said we couldn’t get our food all at once. They did not even talk to us each time around. Just threw the food at us and called it a day

Annoyed that there is no customer service, and no way to get a paper receipt for my order. If it wasn’t an order for someone else, I would have left. Three employees walked past the counter and no one would acknowledge me standing at the counter, before or after placing my order.

I don’t like this place, but it has an uncomfortable, industrial feel to it that makes me miserable in just the way I like. During the winter, this place is cold. There are no heat sources to warm you, but if you wear a thick coat and some long johns you’ll be ok.

Old lady here. 5 people with us. No one in the store. Asked if they would ring up our order to expedite and was told in a minute and no one came to the front. Used the machine to order—took over 5 minutes longer. Ridiculous

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. I placed an order via drive through, when I pulled up to the window I paid and they asked me to circle back around through the drive through again. I waited 15 minutes in line to get to tue window to pay. I had to place a second order so I told them I would coke inside. When I went inside I ordered two beef tacos, which were served to me in about 3 minutes. When I received my two tacos I asked how much longer for my original order. The lady said she would check, three minutes later she came back and reported it would take an additional 6 minutes. Not happy at this points, I set an alarm for 6 minutes (this is craziness to begin with). Sure enough, 6 minutes roll by so I call over another employee and ask the same question. Another 3 minutes later the employee comes back and says, “I’m sorry, we forgot about your order”. Calmly I ask if they can make it (my tacos are now cold). Not even kidding, 3 additional nominee go by, so I ask again…I hear someone in the back say, “fuck it, I’ll make it”. 2 minutes later, I received my food. Worst. Experience. Ever.
Not to mention, the cheese sauce that came with my nachos and cheese was a third of the way full.

Both the taco bells I go to.. Ritchie highway severna Park Maryland veterans highway millersville MD are some of the best Taco bells I’ve ever had in all the places I’ve been Marilyn, Utah, Virginia and across the country, Food 8s the best quality. And the service at both are good. The Severna Park one especially awesome!! My car broke down once when I was at the window after lobby hours and the Sp Taco Bell once you are at a certain part of the drive-thru. the only way out is to go forward or back all the way out in the shape of a se seat. Well they had a line probably of a box 17 cars which is what I think. One of the reasons my car broke down is something else was wrong with it and we had to wait like 30 minutes because I there was lots of doordashers and someone had a quartered a hundreds before our orders and this Taco Bell with no stress showing handled that part well but then when I was in the window they had to go to like 15 cars and help them all back out and deliver their food walking up to it. They take Vegas, feel bad at all. And then another nice young man. He knew about cars, came up and helped us and it was actually just a switch in my Camry centered bluffs that you needed to be hits something. I don’t know my boyfriend and handled it but the surrounded hard Taco Bell like kept their pool. It was awesome!!!!!! This was about like a year ago but I just got around to thanking them
