Reviews
I came in at 8:15 for a late dinner. I was very hungry so I asked for extra mushrooms and tofu in my favorite Shroomami bowl and Jazzie gave such good portions!
She also prepped the bowl well with a lot of greens but still well portioned the other ingredients.
The salad bowls are deeper than the one at Lenox and Midtown so I had half the bowl and was so full. So I’m saving the other half for lunch the next day.
Even at 8 PM the food was still fresh.
There’s not as much seating as the Lenox Mall or Midtown location but the service is great and the food is fresh.
The music was a little loud, but I didn’t mind it cause there were other people in the restaurant.
I got no bag to carry out either . And this was me coming back the second time to spend my money after they gave me some sort of dairy dressing instead of the spicy cashew dressing because I am allergic to dairy. And here I go spending my money on over priced salad only to be mistreated. I never disrespected this employee to deserve the way I was treated. I will never order from here again as long as they Exist in any part of America. Straight up Disgusting. Why would I wanna eat a salad that you’re preparing for me with utter disdain. After I did nothing . Oh and I wasn’t greeted . The family of white Americans came in and she was on her best behavior literally 5 mins after I arrived. Misery loves company. I’m not miserable and this won’t be a company I’ll be loving.
The energy surrounding what transpired was so horrendous, I just left the food and never even got a dime back. I was not about to eat a grain of quinoa after that occurrence. The woman never changed her gloves and I do not eat meat. And acted as if she couldn’t hear me, maybe if she’d have paused the podcast she was listening to while tending to my order just momentarily, I’d have been some what audible . I suppose. I lost my appetite for the rest of the day. And drank water. Can’t believe this ….
Think chipotle with an upscale vegetarian twist. The ingredients were fresh making the food good and the dining in experience is clean and minimalist. This is my new favorite spot for healthy meal options.
My salad is never correct. They always mess it up specifically with online orders. Additionally, I am so tired of dealing with certain people that I will not name that roll their eyes and get attitude when you ask for something that you’re paying your hard earned money for.
I repeated myself six times over and over and over again someone still did not get something right it’s absolutely ridiculous— this location specifically—when I go to all the locations and this is by far the most difficult and annoying.
You’re charging $25 for a salad Then your service needs to be $25 worth and attitudes need to be cut and my salad needs to be correct every time and I’m looking at you online orders.
Additionally, the caramelized steak has to be cooked correctly or it will give you food poisoning and you’ll get very sick which happened to me twice now. I don’t know if they’ve had a new management change or what’s going on, but these are very very important health standards that are required by the FDA that you cannot be minuscule on or slide by with. Additionally, per customer per each salad, you have to change your gloves, which is also a requirement I have a Additionally, per customer per each salad, you have to change your gloves, which is also a requirement I have an allergy to a specific product that they sell and of course they touched it prior, and I watched them and had to clock them or I would’ve literally probably died If I didn’t let them know before they changed their gloves. Please get it together this location.
