I just drove 12 hours from a business trip and my order was messed up. So I don’t know who is training the staff, but today was the second time that I ordered through the drive thru and the order was totally messed up. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme, two cheese quesadillas just the cheese (to make sure they wouldn’t mess up the quesadillas again) and a black bean burrito. Everything was great on the digital screen. I got a two cheese quesadillas with jalapeño sauce, a black bean chalupa instead of a Crunchwrap, and a black bean burrito that wasn’t even good. Now I just noticed it was changed to a chalupa.
Will not be going there again. Two times is enough for such a simple order. And it’s sad since the person who took my order was polite and nice.

An absolutely exquisite dining experience. The back kitchen was having a great time. Smiles all around. You can really feel the synergy, and it came across in the taste of the food. Never have I had such an elegantly put together Taco Bell meal.

The staff is usually very good, and friendly, especially the morning staff. That said Taco Bell corporate is terrible. The app double charged me. I contacted corporate, they apologized and said they would refund the charge but never did. Complained again and they offered $10 coupon… Like that covers being charged an extra $25. Then they deleted my order history so I could no longer dispute it. I will do screenshot next time. Caveat emptor. I have not patronized since then after being a patron for 30 years.

Had a large order where they got everything right and the drive thru took less than 2 minutes. Doesn’t get better than that. The food is standard Taco Bell – not winning any awards but you know what you’re getting. Like any Taco Bell, make sure to double check your order before you leave the parking lot. No complaints here

Terrible one of the worst Taco Bell’s, tacos barely have any meat on them, then when I called the manager going say they can only go by the portion size.

Visited on 11/12 10:30 PM my order was forgotten plenty of items and no sauce. Why are they having customer park away in parking spaces to wait when they are not even busy? This happens frequently and makes zero sense because then they are running back and forth for the items. Idk, just not very customer service like for me plus the food is just sloppy and not even prepped good, i know it’s taco bell but can we atleast make it look as pictured or try

They dont turn their alarms off, they throw and break your food into the bag. The store is gross and the staff have attitude. If you like taco bell, go to another one.

Standard taco bell experience, so nothing to complain about. It seems in the last year or so this location has moved to computer ordering only when you go inside which was a new experience to me.. But everything turned out great.

The food is what it is, about as barely edible as Taco Bell has ever been. However, this location the staff are friendly, almost always get the order correct, and are fast. You can’t ask for much better.
